We need a hero brave enough to go to Takish-Hiz and collect 24 Calcified Statuettes. The statuettes are reputed to have some magical powers that we do not understand yet. Do not underestimate the power of that place when you enter through a quicksand pit in Northern Ro. There are strange earth-made creatures all over that ruined city.

Kill mobs until you have looted 24 Calcified Statuettes.
