Never seen these drop from regular Kor-Sha Laboratory after killing thousands of mobs. However they do drop from the instance version of the zone created by the quest Mysteries of Kor-Sha. Killing all headshottable mobs in the instance generates about 3 collectables per mission.

at 115 the reward for this is either 15 AA or 2% to go from 115 to 116 along with 1.44 Merc AA points
