I call myself a druid.
Good. I had hoped you were the one. As nature's guardian, you fight the never-ending struggle against those who seek to defile it. It is an admirable quality and I wish to aid you. I will provide you with a cap, a tunic, sleeves, bracers, gloves, leggings, and boots.
What sleeves?
Three jaundice gems and a set of eroded leather sleeves might be an interesting combination. The powers of the gems may be harvested to imbue the sleeves.

3 Jaundice gems: random drops off random creatures. Known to drop off Wyvrens, and Haunted Haunted Seachests in CS. (They drop off other mobs in other zones this is just where I got mine.)
1 Eroded leather sleeves: droped off a Giant in the arena area of Kael. These are random drops off of all named mobs in the arena at Kael and to my knowledge drop nowhere else.

This quest begins with Cobi Frostbeard in Thurgadin. He's found in an unmarked shop: After zoning in, cross both bridges, turn left towards the bank, then (at the bank) hang a right. He'll be in the fifth shop on the left.
You say, 'Hail, Cobi Frostbeard' Cobi Frostbeard says 'Greetings to you. I seek one who calls himself a druid. What do you call yourself, manling?' Chipped Onyx Sapphires are dropped in various Velious zones while Eroded Leather armor drops from the higher level giants in Kael Drakkel. Cobi Frostbeard smiles warmly as he hands you your reward. I just completed the quest for these and checked the stats. /sigh Verant
If you have ES Vamp's then don't bother w/ these,, sell the gem's or use them in SS (if ya can). +2wis, that's about the only up side to them. WTG Verant, tnx for the '''ubber''' armor.

Wow you comment is ridiclous. IF you do the Rowyls bracer quest then you have drones of doom on your bracer +9 wis. Then get these and you get +2 wis.

ok. ive been soloing in cs, and these jaundice gems drop fairly commonly for me. are these the quest gems? or do you need jaundiced gems for it (jaundiced ending with a D)? btw jaundice gems aren't magicial items, so you would think this wouldn't be it. but still, which one??

It is the nonmagical jaundice gems that are the quest gems. To my knowledge there is no gem called "Jaundiced Gem" I believe this is just a typo.

I have found a LOT of gems off the Wyverns in CS. I am a lvl 53 druid and kite there and have gotten 10 differant gems total in a short amount of time.

I can confirm that Jaundice Gems drop from the Wyverns is CS.
Theeroded leather armor drops off of named giants in Kael Drakkal, near the arena. The giants are about lvl 55+ can double hit for nearly 550, and some cast as well. Very hard just to get there, even harder to kill the ones needed killing. I've seen groups of 15 people fall quickly due to outside interference. As for the gems, most drop in the Icewell Keep below Thurgadin, and I have had a jaundiced gem drop off of a named giant in the wakening lands. My guess is it's much like spell drops in Kunark. (Kill for 4 hours straight loot, 2-3 spells) Keep clubbing, and you'll soon to find more. (western wastes and skyshrine I'm sure have mobs that drop them given the lvl range of those zones)

WHERE the hell do you get the eroded leather and crushed gems? I went to crysal caverns thinking they mine it and giant zone thinking maybe they sit on it but nothing. I even ran around auctioning to buy them!

I'm gettin nowhere fast on where to find Jaundiced Gems and Eroded Leather Sleeves.
Any ideas? So far none seem to have dropped in Iceclad, East Wastes, or Great
Divide (unless all the players i'm asking are hiding something).

found cobalt scar the best place for these gems..was there soloing for 1 hour and got 3 gems a flawed topaz a jaundice gem and a flawed seasapphire....happy hunting

We had a jaundiced gem drop from a Wyvern in Cobalt Scar last night.

Try the area in crystal caves where you go through a underwater tunnel to get there. Geo something they were indifferent to me and my friends go a chipped gem off one not sure whic quest it is for. Be carefull not to zone at the tope of the area or you will have to go all the way around again. The eroded armor I was told it drops on the 7th floor of the frozen tower

7th floor? I've not seen any proof of anyone being able to get past the 5th floor, so I wouldn't trust any source that said they'd been to the 7th.

People have reached the top of the frozen tower. I was in a group that made it to the 6th floor. Thanks for the tip on the possible drop of our quest piece. And happy hunting all.

there is a 7th floor for sure and i believe an 8th as well there is a mirror that leads out and anouther that is locked. i havent been able to find a key yet though, may be broken
