  1. Speak with Salli Westell about the [page] 0/1 Lceanium

    Salli Westell is one of the merchants on the north side of the city.

    You say, 'page'

    Salli Westell says 'I was afraid something like this was happening. But before I explain, we are in need of more [supplies:I can help with supplies] and some [special assistance:What special assistance do you need?].'

    You say, 'I can help with supplies'

    You have been assigned the task 'Vegetable Supplies'.

    Your task 'Contacting the Leadership' has been updated.

    Salli Westell says 'Talk to the other merchants and see if they need anything. I need you to retrieve this for me.'

    You say, 'What special assistance do you need?'

    Salli Westell says 'Come back after you help retrieve all of the supplies.'


  2. Gather [supplies] for each merchant. They will give you a task if you speak to them 0/7 Lceanium

    Say supplies to all the surrounding merchants in the square. All 7 will give you a supplies quest.

    Component Supplies, Meat Supplies, Metal Supplies, Momentum Supplies, Repurposed Supplies, Vegetable Supplies, Water Supplies.


  3. Speak with Salli Westell since you have [completed] all of the supply runs 0/1 Lceanium

    Say completed and gorenaire to her.


  4. Speak with Salli Westell about the [drachnid] 0/1 Lceanium

    Say drachnid to her and go through her dialogue.


  5. Explore the tunnels to the rest of the Dreadlands 0/1 Lceanium

    You will get this update in the south eastern part of the yeti cave.


  6. Kill the Sarnak Portal Keepers 0/2 Lceanium

    These are located in the Yeti cave to the east of the city. They will spawn once you reach the trigger location (the door on your map). They are both snareable, rootable and do not see invis.

    If you need to redo this part of the quest, say sealed to Salli Westell.


  7. Create the Drachnid Repellant 0/1 Lceanium

    Make Drachnid Repellant Glop first and then make the jar.

  8. Find a good spot in the mines to deploy the repellant 0/1 Lceanium

    To the south of the city is the drachnid tunnel's. In the furthest south room of the tunnels, the big room. Clear this room completely first and into the two tunnels leading north and into those two small rooms. If you can find a safe spot near the big room then right click the Drachnid Repellant Jar near the edge of the big room. 2 frenzied drachnids will spawn and attack. Pull them back to your safe spot and kill.


  9. Kill the frenzied drachnids 0/2 Lceanium

    If you wipe to this part, say again to Salli Westell.


  10. Speak with Salli Westell once you are [done] 0/1 Lceanium

    Say done to her.


  11. Speak with Tsaph Katta about the citizens' [problems] 0/1 Lceanium

    Say worrisome to Tsaph.


  12. Speak with Salli Westell about being [ejected] 0/1 Lceanium

    Say ejected to her.


  13. Speak with Tsaph Katta about the citizens' [problems] 0/1 Lceanium

    Say worried to Tsaph. If this part fails, make sure you have the robe with you that was given to you earlier in the quest. If you don't have it, say disguise to Salli Westell to get another.


  14. Deliver 1 Tsaph Katta's Note to the harried page 0/1 Lceanium

Step 9 - Kill Frenzied Drachnids

After multiple attempts of trying to stay ahead of clearing the small room (just north of the big room) and then the 3 drachnids in time to click the Drachnid Repellant Jar, I found it was actually a whole lot easier to just go the eastern tunnel route and use calm/soothe on ONE drachnid in the room just north of the big room.

From the first room, head EAST into the NightVenom wing. There are plenty of gaps between the small rooms on this path to clear each room of 3 and move ahead to the next hallway before any repops. There are NO roamers in this path.

When you get to the edge of the big room, you are facing the 2 drachnids stacked on top of each other...there will be one more along the north wall..and the entrance to the small to the north is on the right.

Calm/Soothe the mob on the north wall to give you breathing space...then pull the 2 stacked drachnids. Once the first one dies, you are on the clock for repop. When both are dead, pull the mob along the northern wall. With it dead, you have a clear path (along the northern wall) to edge over and line up the edge of the drachnid closest to the doorway. Soothe/Calm/Lull it and then beat a hasty retreat back to the other tunnel.

Pop the Drachnid Repellant and you'll have 2 Frenzied to deal with and should have a decent margin of safety before any of the 3 regular drachnids that you just killed repop. Rest in the hallway again if you have a second person in your group on the same step and repeat.

After killing the frenzied drachnids and saying "done" to Salli Westell you have to say "worrisome" then "Tsaph" to get the update. Then at 13 when you go back to Tsaph Katta to say "worried" make sure you have the disguise equipped or you just keep getting ejected from his room.

This quest is all about the Drachnid section which is by far the hardest. Step 1, get into the mine and head for the small room between the large southern room and the large northern room. Step 2, clear the corridor and small room leading you to the south room. Step 3, clear some of the south room to spawn the frenzied pair. If you have enough DPS and tankage then you can simply clear that path and you'll find the quest easy. If you are like us and struggle with 2 or more mobs and find the respawn rate tough then listen on.

Step 1. We pulled and killed the 3 drachnids camping the tunnel entrance. We then sent in a Seloed ranger to grab all of the first large room, and train them all out. With that room temporarily cleared, the rest of the group charged to the small room between the two large rooms. This was fairly easily, just takes some coordination, a means to shroud/fade, and get back to the mines before the train. Guards will attack the drachnids, just be careful not to train anyone.

Step 2. There is a single mob in this room, usually guarding the passage into the corridor. We set a fellowship here and setup a base for wipes and relative safety. Several times on campfiring back we were attacked, so it's not entirely safe, but as good as you're gonna get in these tunnels! From here we killed this mob (single pull), the 1 wonderer in the hallway (single pull), and then the three in the small room to the south, immediately before the large room. Again this was fairly easy. As soon as you kill the first mob in this small room, start a timer - you have around 7 minutes to finish this quest so burn as soon as the first mob in this room dies.

Step 3. There is one roamer in the southern room which spends most of it's time to the west where it won't bother you. If your DPS is good, kill it first. To your left (east) there are three static mobs, two of which are sat on top of each other such that they appear to be a single mob. As soon as you complete step 2 you will pull and burn these three with as little chaos as possible. If you have these three dead and the previous room still down, then congrats, you are about to win this mission! move your group to the wall by where these three mobs were located such that you are equidistant from the two corridors. Click your jar to trigger the spawn. 2 frenzied mobs spawn - one at each doorway (1 from the room you just left, one at the corridor to the east). Both will immediately charge with agro on the clicker only. Any mobs still up in the normal agro range will add (this is why the burning was so important). Fade/shroud/cover tracks immediately. They do not auto reengage. They are mezzable, they are not snare/rootable. Now pull and kill the frenzied from the room you just left as it will be respawning soon. With it dead, the next frenzied is very peaceful.

Note, if you have several toons wanting to complete this quest then all must have clicked their pots before the kills will count for their quest. This is significant as you will have repops by the time others are ready to click theirs. Also the frenzied despawn a few minutes after they appeared, even if they recently has agro and were faded. We do not know if they despawn even if you have agro. They are lower level and easier than any of the other drachnids in the mines. If you clicked your container and didn't get both kills and have no one else able to trigger, then you will need to say "again" to Salli Westell and start over from step 2 (sure hope you have a fellowship). If you have multiple toons then after completing steps 1-3 you should move your camp to the east tunnel and rinse and repeat there. This is also a fairly good place for a fellowship as it appears to have just 1 mob (a wanderer I think). You may be considering just clearing and killing 1 frenzied. Be warned that that whomever doesn't get registered for 2 kills will have to repeat the quest, even if they have multiple jars - we were not able to use second jars despite the comments below. We considered getting the quest again to help the group member that missed theirs, however you can't simply hail to start the quest over, you have to complete all of the Concerned citizen quest which includes the 7 mini supplies quests.
Yeti Caves Sarnak Spawns

The Sarnaks in the yeti cave spawn the moment you reach the trigger location (the door on your map). They spawn a few feet away from the door, blocking your exit. They are both snareable, rootable and do not see invis.

Easy to do the frenzied drachnids if you have a fellowship. Make 1 extra repellant so your carrying 2. Setup a against the back wall of the south room in between the 2 groups of drachnids. Only need to clear the 2 groups of 2 mobs on the east wall of room. Trigger the spawns and then succor, exodus or gate etc. Then immediately fellowship back to the wall and single pull the frenzied on east side, rinse repeat.
Frenzied Spiders

Spiders in rooms respawn too fast to clear with one average group. Unless your group has super DPS of course, So if you can, take a lot of friends to help, or friends with an enchanter and a mage. Enchanter keeps the small room with fires mezzed.(4 mobs) Step across to main room, not far across doorway and click the potion (make sure each toon has at least 3 potions on them as you may wipe and have to redo several times) .

Mage can coth as you click so Frienzed spawns right at doorway, then your group can kill without getting adds from big room. you just pull into the smaller room. They too can be mezzed. Bard or Enchanter.

Took a long time to break into the caves and multiple deaths to get the quest done. Pretty much hate this one. But its doable.

If you are like me and got surprised and killed just past this step at -> Kill the sarnak portal keepers you can go back to Salli Westell and tell he [special] go thru the script and click the the [sealed] part and it will roll back your quest slightly so you can get the sarnarks to spawn again at the sealed tunnel

If you are doing the quest with others at the same stage, killing their sarnaks will update your quest.
