You say, 'Hail, Terman Underbelly'
Terman Underbelly speaks in a rumbling tone. Terman Underbelly says, 'Greetings. I only wish to speak to a shaman. Are you a shaman?' You say, 'I am a shaman.' Terman Underbelly says 'I sense the strength of your mystical powers within you and they vibrate with power. You have learned much from your travels and I shall help you, by providing you with protection from harm and the elements, in the form of armor.' You say, 'What armor?' Terman Underbelly says 'For you I shall make a coif, tunic, sleeves, a bracer, gauntlets, leggings, and boots. Each piece is a quest unto itself. To seek the components, you must search the lands for them and test the power of the spirit within.' You say, 'How do you make a bracer?' Terman Underbelly says 'Bracers are quite easy to imbue. Simply find three crushed opals and a corroded chain bracer and I will complete the ritual to enchant them.' Hand-in dialogue and faction hits needed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I tried this as Froglock shaman and he would not talk to me nor acknowledge me as a shaman, i turned in teh tems and recieved nothing.. All frog races nered on this quest??

Corroded armor is No Drop/ No Stat armor that fdrops of random giants in Kael. You have more chance of getting it off of higher level giants IE Arena. Chain fits any chain class, leather fits any leather class and so on..... Get at least kindly with the dwarves in thurg and find the Dwarf that gives the quest for your particular class.... get the three gems from Velks .. CS... etc or buyem in bazaar fer about 300pp depending on the gem. Turn the armor peice and the three gems.. (seperated not stacked) into the NPC .. bingo... Might wanna check if he'll give the quest to you by hailing 1st to see if yer faction is high enough.. For MQ'a both must have faction.. the MQ'er gives armor 1st... the MQ'ee gives the gems last to recieve the Thurg armor peice... WALA .. Owner of full set of Thurg Plate..<<<<

i have looted several of these quest gems in places like velks and sg they aren't all that rare and i have bank full of them

Do all the quests that you deem that you need.
The Dragon in Ww drop nice wis items along with AC. Bracers drop, cloaks drop, + 4 and +5 all
neck slots drop there also.

Ok where does the gems and rocks that we need for our armor drop at? I have not even seen one yet anywhere..... =/

I mena look at what teh Druids got for their bracer eff: Drones of Doom Wis +7 and 20 mana (vs our +3 and 15 mana, going mana wise dropping a runed Mithril at 44 for this is less mana) Get a Grip Verant Druids and Clerics are not the Only ones Wanting more Mana, I mena unless your an Iksar we start with the lowest Wis base of any other Wis based caster.

You forgot our +13 AC vs their +7 AC. At high levels, AC is more important than WIS... I'd gladly have this bracer over theirs anyday.
THe difference is this is not that much better for us. AC 13 is what a chain class should have but it is compairing to their upgrades. This is not that great. So far none of it is.

Corroded armor is dropped off random giants in Kael, we killed a few on our way to the Wakening Lands.
Is corroded no drop?

I think from giants in Kael. At least some of the messed up quest armor drops there.
Crushed gems I read come from sewer area of Icewell. Also read that Geonids can drop the quest gems. Geonids are in a cave in Wakening, and deep inside crystal cavern.

We have gotten Coroded off the Veteran's deep in Kael near Protectors of Zek. It seems that any level 57+ giant in Kael can drop either coroded cjaom, fine silk, or coroded plate.
