I have been doing 'In Defense of Health' Missons trying to get my hunters, I have had all of them either mob drop or ground spawn, they usually spawn in the area that you were fighting in for that misson.

I use * to signify it's a collect and the parenthesis to show it's in an instance.
Generally, the drops will be where you have been fighting...if you fight in the outer ring, the collects will pop in the outer ring.
