Find Jerill the Enraged in Crypt of Decay. (need location) Say "collect" to request this task.
Receive Empty Vial. Zone into Crypt of Sul. The vial you were given at the start of the quest, click it in the water in the southeast part of the zone. (loc: -93, -159, -15) Ground spawn found in the southwestern part of the zone. (-180, +191, -15). Kill Bokon, they will eventually drop one of these. Once you have the 3 vials, turn them into Jerill. Hail him. Reward(s): Experience 187pp, 5gp 417 Remnants of Tranquility | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

This shows the incorrect zone!
Even the quest log says that it takes place in the Ruins of Lxanvom this is INCORRECT.
This quest take place in the Crypt of Sul.
The water in southeast of the zone-in with the bokons surrounding the pool with the bodies floating in it. Crowd control will help but, you can root pull.
The ground spawn is in the southwest room (from the zone-in) in the back left corner. You can run in and FD - grab the vile.

Even the quest log says that it takes place in the Ruins of Lxanvom this is INCORRECT.
This quest take place in the Crypt of Sul.
The water in southeast of the zone-in with the bokons surrounding the pool with the bodies floating in it. Crowd control will help but, you can root pull.

Yep, it was reported as a bug but it looks like it was never fixed. Perhaps make out a ticket on their issue tracker so they can fix it or post on the official bug thread on the eq forums.

I made the changes on our quest here.
It's not a bug. Technically these steps are deliveries, and the delivery portion of each step occurs in Ruins of Lxanvom (TBM). So the zone name of (Ruins of Lxanvom) as shown in the game for all the steps is correct.
