This Heroic Adventure starts by saying "can handle" to Karth Punox in Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay
Zone in to Crypt of Decay Task Steps: You have to equip Orb Of Rot to get updates. Talk to Jerill the Enraged. Throne at ZONE IN. This is where you right click you Mirror Fragment of Anashti Sul. From zone in, go to left side (south) "intestine area" end of tunnel. Task Locks Here Again, right click your Mirror Fragment of Anashti Sul. Throne inside deadbone chapel, from zoneline just go straight (west) chapel is 3-4 rooms past the brown falls. Right click Mirror Fragment of Anashti Sul again. Kill whatever just spawned. Click Throne a ZONE IN to get into the basement, task will update. Right click Mirror Fragment of Anashti Sul. The Wisp that just spawned, kill it. You can only click the mirror in the exact spot of the update. It spawns on the person who gets the proximity update NOT the person who clicks the mirror. There are a couple guards on the way to update spot 3 that see through both IVU and INV guarding a doorway. If you open the chest too fast after handing in the orb to the stupid rat, the quest will bug out and you won't get credit.

IN crypt of decay, how do you get to jerril in lxanvom?
I have run this quest many times for namer. This is an update to:
It spawns on the person who gets the proximity update NOT the person who clicks the mirror.

As the first post says, if you wipe on the apparition, you can not use your mirror while in the mission. Meaning you can not get back into decay to zone back into the mission. The task is locked at that point, so you can't drop the mission and re-add either. Set up a campfire inside the mission to be able to try again if you wipe.

At the end of the mission "a chest" spawns. Possible loot includes:
Median Essence of Life
Oscillating Stone
Median Essence of Life
Oscillating Stone
Chance for named mob to spawn near the end of mission: "Rusank", named rat, spawns at zone in, paths in first hall east to west.
Isn't social with the mobs around it. At all. Red to 105 (same as the wisp, red to 105)

Seek places where Decay may be weak. 0/1 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
-> Throne at ZONE IN.
Step 4:
Find a place where the globe is weaker. 0/1 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
-> From zone in, go to left side (south) "intestine area" end of tunnel.
Step 6:
Keep searching. 0/1 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
-> Throne inside deadbone chapel, from zoneline just go straight (west) chapel is 3-4 rooms past the brown falls.
Step 9:
Keep searching. 0/1 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
-> Click Throne a ZONE IN to get into the basement, task will update.

A greater Rot eater sees through both invis to undead and regular invis.
Third position update spawns An otherworldly Spirit upon clicking mirror Necro lvl 112.

Updated, thanks. It's really good to summarize what the link shows in your post that you give us a link (i.e., the listed steps of the task) in case the link goes dead. I'm running into this a lot on the older expansion content where 4-5 users are posting "thanks for the great link" but the original post is dead and parts of what they describe as being helpful aren't shown here on Zam.

it won't let you click your mirror at some stages of the quest. if you wipe to the spirit, it'd be impossible to get back in.
