I also found several of these on the ground, some under the elevated platform, and a bunch (including a triple) all the way to the east, just NE of the ebonwing area.

This is a Collection achievement for The Darkened Sea. The Stormscape were not the only Aviaks to migrate to these tropical islands. Spawn Locations: - Under the elevated platform, and a bunch (including a triple) all the way to the east, just NE of the ebonwing area. - Near Wing, in side 'library' room, p1630, n1680. - Found in a hut in elevated bloodfeather village: p1810, n1460. - A double: found in a hut in elevated bloodfeather village: p1804, -1355. - Separate Dull Phoenix Down found in hut at p1805, n1545. - Found on the floor right next to Talon.
