This is a Collection achievement for The Darkened Sea. Various tomes and writings are in danger of being buried beneath the waves. Katta Castrum Blueprints Tales of the Combine Empire Underwater Engineering Aquatic Farming Biography of Tsaph Katta Encyclopedia of the Deep Sea Deep Sea Tactics Uniting Norrath These items are known to be ground spawns in the static (non-instanced) version of the zone. These are ground spawns in the temple/palace (where the quest mobs are) both in the big quest room with the griffon statue and in the submerged room below (where the banker used to be).
