Pre-Requisites for Requesting: - Minimum Level 95 - Completed "Key to the Citadel" - Completed "What Lies Above" - Completed "Delving Deeper" Say "haven't" to request the task. You say, 'Hail, Oreda Safli' Oreda Safli looks at your reflection in the window. Her voice is distant and cold as she speaks to your reflection, '[Haven't] given up yet?' You say, 'Of course I haven't!' Oreda Safli nods, a small wry smile betraying her otherwise lifeless expression. You have been assigned the task 'Civilized Society'. Oreda is interested in seeing how the less militarized citizens of the citadel deal with the introduction of a bit of chaos. 
Explore the Protarx Gardens 0/1 (Arx Mentis) Task Window Says: Head upstairs to the northern end of the Protarx to the gardens. This is where newly ascended citizens gather to converse or relax between shifts. This updates around /loc 225, -85, -30. Disrupt the peace in the Gardens 0/6 (Arx Mentis) Task Window Says: Introduce a bit of chaos by putting a few of the garden inhabitants to death. Kill six mobs in the gardens. Explore the Protarx Library 0/1 (Arx Mentis) Task Window Says: On the western end of the Protarx connected to the garden is a small library where the newly ascended study and prepare for their assigned roles. Slaughter anyone in the Library 0/5 (Arx Mentis) Task Window Says: Interrupt the study of the indoctrinated. Kill five mobs in the library.
