This is a kill task that begins with a Kedge Spectator (click for map image) just southeast off the dock in the Combine Dredge.

A mysterious kedge spectator wants you to wipe the island clean.

Kill 11 wrathforged 0/11 (Combine Dredge)

Kill 11 "wrathforged" mobs. These are found inside the spiral towers and among the broken domes in the northwestern part of the zone. Upon the last update, the task completes and you see:

You've cleansed the island.
