Beek Guinders is located at -216, -380 in Rivervale.
You say, 'Hail, Beek Guinders' Beek Guinders waves enthusiastically and says, 'Hay, ho, there, young Half Elf! I'd love to yak it up with you but I'm a bit busy at the moment, trying to find some [help].' You say, 'What help?' Beek Guinders says 'Well, we're experimenting with some tanning methods but we're running low on supplies. We need to find someone to go out and [gather some things]. Seems no one wants to do an honest day's work any more. I'd do it myself but, errrr, my, uhhh, foot hair has been hurting lately... yes, that's it.' You say, 'I will gather some things.' Beek Guinders cheers and says, 'Ahhh, excellent! Okay, first, we'll need a couple of wolf pelts. They don't have to be perfect, completely ruined would work just fine, hehe. I'll also need a black wolf skin and a handful of berries. The berries you should be able to find out in the Thicket. I hear they grow in a small canyon near the lone tower. Hurry, hurry! Hand Beek Guinders 2 Ruined Wolf Pelts, 1 Black Wolf Skin, and 1 Berries. Beek Guinders says 'Whoooops! I'll need the two ruined wolf pelts along with the berries and black wolf skin before I can reward you, ___. Don't dawdle now.' Beek Guinders says 'Whoooops! ok, so I see that it is unlikely to be possible for me to get non kos to these lil' guys, so what are the locations of the clerics in RV and surrounding zones? any ideas?
I don't think I can recall seeing any of them outside of their little enclave in Rivervale, but it is always possible that there might be a lone Priest of Mischief Cleric elsewhere.
Such an NPC would have to be a Halfling, of course, and would have to be a cleric class mob. There really aren't that many Halflings wandering around Norrath outside of the Rivervale/Misty Thicket zones and most of them are in places like the NK and EK druid rings (all druids, of course) and Nektulos Forest (perhaps a cleric there??). The rest of the halflings I can think of seem to be mostly solitary rogues or merchants.

Strange enough there is a Halfling Medic that runs around in Nektulos Forest. But the strange thing is that he seems to be on a different faction then Halfling Clerics. I'm Scowlled at by the clerics (for now) with my Ogre Warrior. But to the rest of Rivervale I'm dubious to ALLY.(Non KOS). The halfling that runs around in Nekulos Forest actually will cast heal spells on you if you hail him and say "Heal me". As long as your faction is good enough. Took my Ogre a lot of bandages to get high enough but I did it at an early lvl of 5 or 6 (non tweak!) So it really helps.

where do i get black wolf pelts in MT? i never get some of them.... only the ruined pelts?!

Any way for Evil races to do this quest?
Not yet tested, But try getting Wolf Form. Then when you have the items in the trade window have invis cast on you. That would set you to Indif with invis on. And hopefully with wolf form, when your invis is gone you will be dubious at the least.

What about trying to do it invisible? Some quests I have been able to finish invis even though I am normally KOS to them.... Gotta be fast though. Especially if you are large and hafta work a bit to get through those little doors. Nothing worse than going visible and trying to run out! Well, maybe having a dragon on top of your bind point is worse...but...you get the idea.

I think that a Dark Elf Rogue who worships Bristlebane may be able to do it (all Halfling clerics worship Bristlebane). I'm not sure if DE clerics can choose Bristlebane as their God, but if they can I think that they may also be able to do the quest.

It may be possible for a dark elf enchanter to do the quest through the use of some of their illusion and alliance spells, but even that is chancey.

I tried wolfform as a gnome worshipping Bertoxxulous. Still threateningly with wolfform.
Wolf form doesn't hide your religion, apparently. Bertoxxulous worshippers are among the most hated people in Norrath. Selecting that God when creating a character guarantees a whole train load of faction issues.

Part of the Inoruuk Specific quests from Neriak, offers a Face mask that gives 1 charge of "Illusion Halfling"... You MIGHT, MIGHT be able to use the illusion to talk to the clerics of mischief..... I dont know if it will work or not....

Nope, only a dark elf or troll of innoruuk can use said mask and even in halfling form mine was still kos. I used halfing form once in zone, used invis potion, backed off after conning and removed invis, was kos.
Since there was no way for my dark elf cleric to enjoy all of rivervale due to that, or pass through without the aid of someone elses invis or a potion (no cleric way to invis), I just decided to openly kill haflings.. bahaha.

Pretty sure that innoruuk will be what they are after you for so the illusion won't make a diff.
After all, an agnostic dark elf is fine in rivervale.

I have the same problem with my DE warrior, who is agnostic. He is amiable/ally/warmly with all of Rivervale except the clerics. You need to gather all of the items he needs for the quest (take a bunch, you will need them) and get a high level druid to cast wolf form on you. I went from threateningly to amiable in wolf form. Then turn in all that you have and hope it was enough :)
Also, I too believe that this is the only quest you can do to raise faction with the Priests of Mischief.

That's not entirely true.. as a DE chanter I'm fine with Rivervale EXCEPT the cleric near the Kith zone (that Meepup packs a wallop... this lowbie got tagged for enough damage to kill TWO of me...) I'm even agnostic and VERY careful about my faction. Gotta do this quest, cuz I do the Stein quest a lot and hate having to be under illusion to run through (I think the cleric sees through invis.)

Yes the factions listed above are correct. I had to do the quest about 30 times to go from apprehensive to amiable. I received low level spells each time, lull, strike, divine aura, and one other I can't remember the name of off hand. I was also a human Palidin. It is also the only quest that I have found to raise the Clerics faction in Rivervale.
If the factions hits are true, this is the only way to reaise faction with the Priests of Mischief to my knowledge.

And when I did the quest I got Divine Aura. Also 2 coppers and the faction boosts listed above. The spell is random.
