This is a Collection achievement for Call of the Forsaken.
The natural beauty of Argin-Hiz can be found in the flowers and stones that surround the city. These items are known to drop from mobs all around the instance in the heroic adventure "A Posthumous Proposition". They are also ground spawns in the mines. These items drop uncommonly from mobs in many areas of the instance. I can confirm drops from the entrance mobs, the random embers, mine mobs, area around the keeper, etc.

I can confirm this also. I had them drop from all around the zone.
Lost track of the some of the mobs that dropped the, but here is the few that dropped them: a soldier, a laborer, a scholar, an ember curator and an ember trooper.

Have to complete step 2 before the ground spawns pop. Confirming that at least some of these are both drops (mostly from mine mobs) and ground spawns.

This must've changed recently, I've run this multiple times on my rogue and always find all 4 collections in the mines, they are all ground spawns and part of this achievement. They can however also rarely drop from mobs in this task
I had 3 drop from mobs in the Tower, no drops in the caves so far.
Found 2 as groundspawn in the mines/caves (They were both on top of crates)

Ironic because these appear to be rare drops from mobs within the mines, not areas surrounding the city.
I have seen ONE of these in 3 runs thru this HA. Have to admit I haven't cleared the entire mines and only killed one golem, since I have yet to be given that specific kill step. Might be time to clear the entire mine and see what can be looted.

Just got Autumn Leaves as a ground spawn in the HA. It was in the mines area.

I just ran my rogue (sos gets you past the golems) through the tunnels and there was no ground spawns that I saw. I suspect these drop from mobs only.
Did get a Lava stone drop off trash wolf at the entrance... within the instance.
I can confirm that these drop in the mines area within the zones HA, I do not know if they are ground spawns in base zone. In HA they are a pain to get, supposedly they all spawn in the mines, the mines has a mix of undead, reg fire elfs, spiders and golems, if you can invis and ivu at same time, you will be fine UNLESS you come across a golem, they see through both. After 3 runs I have only ever gotten 3 of the 4 that spawn.
