Receive Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh Full Walkthrough Step One: Obtain the Orb of Frozen Water Shmendrik Lavawalker can be found at loc (+3600, 0) in Lake Rathetear. He has a spawn timer of three hours. You say, 'Hail, Shmendrik Lavawalker.' Shmendrik Lavawalker says 'Hail, good [your name here] !! Be wary near the waters of Lake Rathe! The Riptide goblin king, Lord Bergurgle has been commanding his minions to murder and rob all who come near it! I am here seeking his death but I am afraid I am no match for all of his subjects. I shall reward you greatly for the death of Lord Bergurgle. I simply ask that you bring me his crown as proof.' Seek out Lord Bergurgle (loc 2800, 150 in underwater cave). He is a Cleric, and a rare spawn on a 28 minute PH spawn timer. Shmendrik cannot be attacked until someone hands him Lord Bergurgle's Crown. Only someone that has handed Lord Bergurgle's Crown to Shmendrik can loot the Damaged Goblin Crown from the spirit of flame. Shmendrik Lavawalker shoves the crown into a scorch marked leather satchel and cackles uncontrollably as madness twists his features and flames dance in his eyes. You have reduced the Riptides into chaos! Without a king to keep them in control they will ravage the settlements surrounding this lake! After the slaughter I shall return and easily burn the remainder of the villages and fishing shanties to the ground! None shall escape the fires of the Tyrant!!' Natasha Whitewater spawns in a hut nearby and walks out. Natasha Whitewater shouts, 'The Triumvirate of Water has decreed your fate, Shmendrik Lavawalker!! I am here to deliver said fate!!' Shmendrik Lavawalker says, 'I'll slay you like I slaughtered your fellow missionaries! The Triumvirate can not decide the fate of a follower of the Tyrant!!' Natasha Whitewater says, 'Enough!! Your existence has come to an end!' Natasha Whitewater says, 'This conflict has been destined by the waters of the Triumvirate!' Most of the time Natasha cannot be attacked. She can only be fought when she engages with Shmendrik. Upon Shmendrik Lavawalker's death The Spirit of Flame spawns and attacks Natasha Whitewalker. It is a Warrior, and 40th level. It has no special attacks. Only someone that has handed Lord Bergurgle's Crown to Shmendrik can loot the Damaged Goblin Crown from the spirit of flame. You say, 'Hail, Natasha Whitewater.' Natasha Whitewater says 'The Riptide goblins must have their crown returned to them. If you would be so kind as to give me the crown I will make sure that it reaches them. Hopefully they are capable enough to repair the damage that has been done to it.' Natasha Whitewater says 'I will have this crown returned to the Riptide Goblins immediately! Should you ever come across an Erudite named Omat Vastsea, give him this sea shell. The waters of Norrath shimmer with awareness of your deeds here today!' Head to the paradise area of Timorous Deep and find Omat Vastsea (loc -11565, -2235; cave entrance loc -11530, -3728). You say, 'Hail, Omat Vastsea.' Omat Vastsea bows deeply. 'I have been expecting you. The waters have foretold your arrival. I am High Priest Omat Vastsea of the Triumvirate missionaries. Please feel free to enjoy the quiet solitude of this inn.' You say, 'Who are the Triumvirate?' Omat Vastsea says 'The Triumvirate of Water are: E'ci, the mistress of ice; Tarew Marr, the lord of water; and Povar, the formless master of vapor and mist. We Triumvirate missionaries are granted great divinatory powers and wisdom through our devotion to the Triumvirate and must defend the waters of Norrath from the ravages of the Tyrant of Fire, Fennin Ro.' You say, 'Who is Fennin Ro?' Omat Vastsea says 'The Tyrant of Fire, Fennin Ro, is the merciless lord of fire in all its forms. The rivalry between the tyrant and the Triumvirate is as old as the gods themselves and is an eternal battle. We witness the struggle every moment of our lives as the Oasis of Marr succumbs to the heat of the surrounding desert and is replenished by the swelling of the Lifire River. That fragile balance between the elements must be maintained but the Plasmatic Priesthood threatens that balance.' You say, 'Who are the Plasmatic Priesthood?' Omat Vastsea says 'The Plasmatic Priesthood are worshipers of the Tyrant of Fire, but they have been driven mad by their fanaticism and have forgotten the importance of the balance. In their madness they would set the whole world aflame, leaving nothing but lifeless ash.' Omat Vastsea says 'So, you are a friend of Natasha's? That is good to see. She is a very wise and gifted woman. The Riptide goblins have adopted a new king but are still in a vulnerable state until his subjects accept his rule. The Plasmatic Priesthood is aware of the weakened state of the Riptides and has convinced the Fire Peak goblins to strike against them. Although I do not agree with the mannerisms or actions of any goblin clan, such a war would be detrimental to all who are caught in its path. Lord Gimblox of the Fire Peak clan has been meeting with a member of the Plasmatic Priesthood in the Temple of Solusek Ro. Locate the Plasmatic Priest, hand him this statue to hinder his powers, then eliminate him and bring me his robe.' You must now head to the Temple of Solusek Ro. Take the Coral Statue to a seeker. He can be found at loc (+326, +38, +29). He spawns at 9 A.M. and despawns at 9 P.M. game time. A seeker shakes violently as his hand closes on the coral statue and flames dance in the depths of his eyes! The statue begins to emit a reddish glow then shatters in a burst of fire and smoke! The flames in the plasmatic priest's eyes vanish with the explosion and only madness remains! 'The Triumvirate thinks that destroying my spirit of flame will stop me?!! I will kill you all now, the goblins will continue to war, and when my spirit is restored I will ensure that Ixiblat Fer consumes all of Norrath in his flames!!' A Seeker will now change into a Plasmatic Priest and start attacking you. He is a 55th level Cleric with about 12k hitpoints. It is recommended you bring him to the zone or pull him out in the hallway so that any AE spells he casts do not aggro other NPCs. Now head to Solusek's Eye and kill Lord Gimblox, loc (-796, -366). He is 30th level and a rare spawn on a 19 minute timer with PH. Head back to Timorous Deep and see Omat Vastsea. Only someone that has handed Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe to Omat will receive the Ornate Sea Shell II when handing Lord Gimblox's Signet Ring to Natasha. Omat Vastsea says, 'You have proven yourself to be one who is willing to take responsibility for his own actions. Such a trait is desired by all deities to be present in their faithful. I pray that you had the wisdom to slay Lord Gimblox as well as the Plasmatic Priest in order to prevent further advancement in the incursion against the Riptides. Priestess Natasha awaits inside the inn for Lord Gimblox's ring, make haste for she is a busy women and will depart soon.' After giving Omat Vastea the Plasmatic Robe, Natasha Whitewater will have spawned nearby Natasha Whitewater says, 'Thank you for your services thus far. The Triumvirate missionaries are, so far, impressed. However, there is yet another threat rising from the Plasmatic Priesthood that may have dire effects on all of Norrath if it is not stopped. An Iksar member of the Triumvirate missionaries has discovered that the Plasmatic Priesthood has somehow convinced the sarnak summoners of Chardok to assit them in summoning Ixilblat Fer to Norrath. Take this shell to Naxton Deepwater in the Burning Woods so that she knows I have sent you. We ask that you return with the Sceptre of Ixiblat Fer as well as evidence to show that the Plasmatic Priesthood is dealing with sarnaks. High Priest Omat will await your return. I Must depart now. I pray for your success.' Only someone that has handed Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe to Omat will receive the Ornate Sea Shell II when handing Lord Gimblox's Signet Ring to Natasha. You must take this Sea Shell to Naxot Deepwater in the Burning Woods, loc (+3400, -2150). You say, 'Hail, Naxot Deepwater.' Naxot Deepwater says, 'Beware these woods! The sarnak claim this land as their own and wicked creatures walk beneath the burning foliage.' Upon hand in. Naxot Deepwater says, 'Praise the Triumvirate! Natasha sent you just in time! Those twisted sarnak summoners are summoning Ixiblat Fer as we speak! We must stop Ixiblat Fer while he is still weak or all of Norrath may be set aflame! Please do me one more favor, should I perish to this beast of fire. Give this note to Natasha when you next see her, and if you should perish and I survive, I will make sure the waters never forget your reflections of your deeds this day.' Ixiblat Fir spawns at loc (-2000, +1500). He is a 62nd level gigantic Fire Elemental, and hits for 575 damage with about 32000 hit points in total. He also casts an AE fire spell for 300. Only someone that has handed Sceptre of Ixiblat Fer and Singed Scroll to Omat will receive the Shimmering Pearl when handing A Message to Natasha to Natasha. You're now due in Chardok and need to kill Overking Bathezid. He is located deep in Chardok in the royals area. He is 63rd level and takes about two good groups to kill. He casts an AE spell for 500 and gates. It reads: 'Greetings Overking Bathezid. The time has come for you to return the boon owed to me from so long ago. I have need of your most powerful summoners to bring Ixiblat Fer into the mortal realm and rain fire upon my enemies. Your old friend, Zordak Ragefire.' Omat Vastsea says, 'I commend you on your success over the fire elemental lord, Ixiblat Fer. The fact that the Plasmatic Priesthood has mustered up the power to summon such a being means drastic actions must be taken to stop the fanatic cult of Fennin Ro. I wonder what kind of favor Zordak Ragefire performed for the sarnak summoners to convince them to assist in the ritual that brought forth Ixiblat Fer. The dragon Iksar hybrid abominations are not beings who ally with others easily. All I have seen in my divinations of the High Plasmatic Priest are riddles, and signs that the one who slays him may be awarded an Orb of the Triumvirate. If you are the one whom my visions foretell, then seek Zordak Ragefire and bring me his heart.' After giving Omat Vastsea the Scroll and Sceptre, Natasha Whitewater will spawn nearby. Give her the Message to Natasha. Natasha Whitewater lowers her head in mourning and whispers a prayer. It is a shame that fate has decided one so young and from such a background should perish, but we must not attempt to change what was destined to be. Priestess Naxot sacrificed herself selflessly so that others may be spared the horrors Ixiblat would have brought to Norrath. May the waters of Norrath forever remember her reflection. I thank you for delivering Naxot's message to me and give you this pearl imbued with the power of the Triumvirate. Should you find Zordak Ragefire, speak with him before all else then hold this pearl before him. When the pearl begins to swirl its enchantment will have taken effect.' You gain experience!! Head to Nagafen's Lair and go to the fire giant castle. Zordak Ragefire can be found outside the castle at -1380, -350. You say, 'Hail, Zordak Ragefire.' Zordak Ragefire stares at you with unblinking eyes. A wide grin crosses Zordak's face and flames flicker in the depths of his eyes. 'Welcome to the new fortress of the Plasmatic Priesthood! It's a shame about Lord Nagafen's untimely death, really it is! Such a powerful and noble creature should not perish at the hands of mortals.' Head to the Skyfire Mountains and talk to Warder Cecilia loc (+3000, -3200). You say, 'Hail, Warder Cecilia.' Warder Cecilia says 'Greetings, you have made excellent time. We received word that Zordak was gathering his power here, and we still have little knowledge of his true intentions. Scattered throughout these mountains there are small Pearlescent Shards, binding four of these shards together within a Box of Binding should allow me to create a Seal. This seal, when fused with a Swirling Pearl inside Zordak's heart should allow our seers to divine his true intentions, even after he has been slain. Once you have the seal I will release Zordak, make haste I will not be able to hold him for long.' This also spawns a human version of Zordak Ragefire. He'll attack and needs to be killed. Immediately upon his death, the dragon version, Zordakalicus Ragefire spawns. Head back to the Timorous Deep and give the heart to Omat Vastsea. Omat Vastsea says, 'I see now that Zordak Ragefire and the exiled elder dragon Zordakalicus were the same being. That explains how he resisted our attempts to divine his affairs and past. Each of these orbs I have granted you represents one of the Triumvirate. Jhassad Oceanson awaits on the shore below to perform the ritual that will merge the orbs into a single Orb of the Triumvirate and summon an avatar from the Plane of Water. Present the Orb of the Triumvirate to the Avatar of Water when it arrives and allow your destiny to be unraveled.' Omat Vastsea will summon Jhassad Oceanson if hailed by a character in possession of the Orb of Vapor. He will summon the Avatar of Water if the character has the Orb of the Triumvirate. But he will not summon either if one of them is already around. After turning in Zordak Ragefire's Heart, Jhassad Oceanson spawns nearby. Jhassad Oceanson kneels in the sand and places the three orbs into a large abalone shell bowl. A blue glow surrounds his hands as he waves them over the orbs resting in the bowl. The orbs crack and fall apart, releasing their contents, then reform into a single glowing orb. Jhassad Oceanson gently removes the Orb of the Triumvirate and places it in your hands. 'The Avatar of Water approaches. You must hand him the Orb of the Triumvirate and it will be decided if it is your destiny to wield the Nem Ankh Sprinkler.' Upon turning the three orbs into Jhassad Oceanson, the Avatar of Water will spawn and walk out of the lake. It does not respond to hails, so you may have to chase it down. I was reading up on how long it took people to get him and unless I missed a post I have gathered most people got him in 10 hours or less but in case someone is wondering the same it took me 11 1/2 hours to camp him :( He went down fairly easy and it was a serious sigh of relief, good luck to the rest of ya clerics out there trying :D
Can a few of you post how long it took to get the shards in sky fire? Im feeling a bit discouraged at this point. almost gained a full level of exp and not one shard. about 24 hours worth of killing. thank you
Well, I solo my necro there, and had my cleric camped at BW zone area, and in about 5 1/2 hours i got 5, my 4 and a friend that just happen to be running thru zone. In 3 lvls of being there ive only seen one on a chromo, a few on wurms and wyverns, but the majority have been on the killer sperm.

Try targetting the "mature" mobs. they are the only ones i remember them dropping off of. then again I have only seen 4 drop so...
hehe, I spent all day in Skyfire yesterday. I couldn't get a group never mind a shard.
At a Faydedar raid I hadn't read ahead in my epic and was told that I could bring Ixiblat's Sceptre to do the MQ following Chardock. The MQ part worked fine, but unfortunately, reading the details today I was supposed to IMMEDIATELY turn in the "Message to Natasha", which I didn't even have with me (it was in the bank).
I now have the Orb of Clear Water, Orb of Frozen Water, 4 Pearlescent Fragments, and the "message to Natasha".
I do not, however, have the Shimmering Pearl.
I'm not sure what to do now. I can redo the first half of the quest to respawn Natasha. It isn't very hard but they are long camps. Even then, I'm not sure if she will react correctly when not spawned using the sceptre of ixiblat fer and the drop from the King.
Questions:
1- Will the Natasha in Lake Rathe accept the Message and return the Shimmering Pearl?
2 - Will even the one in TD do the quest now?
3 - Can I do it the message turnin just after another cleric does the turnin for the first half of the quest in TD, or does Natasha despawn?
Please help if you know what to do.

Can't answer many of those questions... but I think that Natasha does despawn after you hand in stuff, I can check later today since I just killed Ixiblat yesterday, and Overking a few days before.

ok i just handed in the sceptre and the scroll and natasha didn't despawn for me, she's still up as I'm typing this. Hope this helps

Did anyone try handing in a second note to Natasha when she spawns? Does it work (I am hoping that she has the typical scripting and if anyone hands in the right item she will return the right item).

First, Natasha despawns IMMEDIATELY after recieving the note, so I doubt you could turn in 2.
Second, the other natasha will not work, its a different mob, in a different zone.
Third, it you turned in right after someone else did sceptre, it would work, but then they would be stuck in your position.
Petition a GM to spawn her. Say you went LD or something, and she despawned before you got back.

Well I did some reading and I think I messed the beginning of this quest up pretty bad. I camped Lord B for 6+ hours and got the crown. Next day I killed Lavawalker and the fire elemental. I was reading that you are not suppoed to give Lavawalker the crown but kill him and fire elemental and take the damaged crown. It said Natasha will KS on of them. After this now she wont spawn. Do I have to start over again?

You're not screwed, what you did is what I did, the cautious thing. What you do now is go back, give the Lord Begurgle's crown to Lavawalker, and let Natasha whoop up on them. I threw in a few nukes to make it speed along. After they're dead, you just give the broken crown you got earlier to her and chi-ching! the first sea shell. (Lavawalker is on a 3 hour timer if memory serves me right)
I am a 48th level cleric on The Rathe, and after *finally* getting Lord Gimblox to spawn after more placeholders than I care to remember, hehe, I now have my Orb of Frozen Water and the Ornate Seashell(II).
I'm aware that the Cleric Epic cannot be clicked prior to level 51, and I know I'm clearly too low to pursue it all the way to Ragefire yet anyway. But I do have enough friends and guild members in the 55-61 range willing to help me to take on Ixiblat Fer. But I was advised that before I proceed to gather the forces necessary I should make sure that the spawning of Ixiblat will work since I'm currently under level 50 myself (since failure would mean starting over), and that I'd better check that Naxot won't just eat the item and tell me that I'm too inexperienced. Does anyone have any information on this?

Well, my guild and two guilds we are allied with assembled a raid yesterday to kill Ixiblat for four of our clerics. I can now confirm that Naxot Deepwater will accept the Coral Sea Shell turn-in, give back the "Message to Natasha," and spawn Ixiblat to a level 47 cleric just fine. We now have four very happy clerics, myself who is now level 51, among them.

On Step 3, does anyone know if you can get the box from the Warder and if so, can you do the fight with Ragefire, and then get the swirling pearl from Zordak in SolB afterwards?

I was unable to get the box from the warder until doing my hand in in SolB. I then received the swirling pearl and box for combining my pearlescent fragments. I know you can get Grimblox's ring and Begurgle's crown at any time during your quest, but the rest needs to be done in order. It's been a long time coming, but my cleric is ready for Ragefire now.

Has anybody MQ'd the final turn in of the 3 Orbs or know if it will work? I have a friend who has a cleric that is just a RF kill from the final Orb so he will have all 3 orbs, but he doesn't play that cleric anymore. I have a 60 Cleric and I am working on getting the first of the 3 orbs, since they made Rage triggered now, it's not such a pain in the *****
So he turns in the last 2 orbs and I turn in the first one, I'm hoping that I will get 4th Orb of the Triumverant.
Any help or answers would be appreciated, I don't want to ruin all the work he did getting his orbs.

I was able to MQ the page that drops from the Overking, since I was one of the dead after that encounter. 8(. I was surprised that ANY of the epic turn-ins can be MQ'd. If that one can, there's a pretty good chance that the orb turn-in can, too. GL, and hope this helps.

** We need information on the changes from today's patch as soon as anyone can provide.
Shards are all the same type, even identified. They can come off any regular mob in SF as a very rare drop. You MUST have the pearl from SolB turn-in on your person in order for Cecilia to respond to your hails. She will hand you a box to combine the pearl shards into. Combining the shards in the box produces a single pearl. Hand this in to Cecilia to spawn the human RF (she will give you a seal before depopping). Kill the human RF and the dragon RF spawns. Kill the dragon RF (yes, he still has the same loot table), loot heart and combine your SolB turn-in pearl along with the seal that Cecilia gave you to produce the completed heart.

Can you give Natasha Whitewater the "Message to Natasha" that Naxot Deepwater has given you at anytime during this quest? (Regardless where Natasha spawns in the world, to receive the shimmering pearl)

Heres a few hints, I know I am repeating several people but for you that are to lazy to read, here is how I did it.
1) I went to Lake Rathe, and killed Schmendrik, followed by killing the flame (I was lvl 53 at the time, so it wasn't hard).
2) With the EB quested item from the grey (3 shissar organs, uncommon drop in an airless zone - make sure you have someone that can EB of have DMF up) I went and camped Bergugle with a druid friend who needed a part for his epic (the corrupted goblin). After 6 hours neither of us had either of our mobs popped, and we were both getting bored, so we told each other we would wait one more cycle. Well, his mob suddenly popped at the top of the tower, he was really happy and wanted to go hand it in but told me he would wait for this spawn. Well, 5 mins later, on the same spawn cycle, low and behold, Lord Bergugle spawns! He wasn't to hard as long as I stunned him whilst my druid nuked hs *****
3) After reading all the posts about how rare Grimbloxs is, I had some trepidation about cmaping him, but I went ahead and ran to SolA. As soon as I got in I shouted for 'Does anyone have Lord Grimblox on track', to my suprise and pleasure I got an instant shout of 'yes'. Getting there was irritating as every gobbo in SolA WILL agro no you no matter what your lvl is, but I managed to fight my way through, and on 50 mana, I *just* managed to take him and his body guard, he hit reasonbly well even with 950ac. Got the ring, gated out and proceeded to get the statue.
4) This bit was a bit harder as I had forgotten the keywords, but again, everyone had said he was really tough so I went for overkill, and killed the two guys around him (making myself max kos).

Using this party, we took the guy down in about 20 seconds, he did not get off his CH, and as soon as he died we ported out. A couple of hints for this fight is bring a chanter to mez the surrounding guys, or kill them, as you do NOT want them to agro on this guy. In our fight he did not AoE (because we kept him always stunned) But you do not want to take that chance.
5) Ixiblat was hard, but with 18 people (overkill again) we slaughtered him. As long as y ou have 150+ FR, his AoE should not effect you, and mage fire pets work very well vs. this guy
6)After killing him, we proceeded to kill the king, using the same tactics, pulling to the hall was the easiest place to kill him, but with some luck we could have killed him in TR. High MR and FR are a must for this fight
7) Finally almost over... or not. Camped him for 7 days before he showed his ugly head, and proceeded to kill him in under 3 mins. Again high Fr and MR are needed - he does not hit to hard as long as you have a good 60 war to be your main tank.
8) Its over! hand in your items and congratulations on your next clicky stick!

Currently there is an absurd spawning time of about a week for ragefire. On top of that you have to pray not to get KS'd by the bigger / stronger guilds out there. There currently is a petition out there to have the spawning rate changed. Please sign there and support your fellow EQ community.

This guy is not as hard as many people have stated. I was told that to kill the priest, i should have a group of 60s or no less then 2 groups of 51+. Well, being in a great mid level guild, i dont have either of those luxuries. What i did have was 2 groups of 42 to 54. And even though he was able to CH once, we killed him, and the 2 keepers that got agroed in the fight, with only 1 death to us. Hard, yes, but uber guild raid, no.

he is easy i did it myself 57 cleric with a 60 ranger i handed in went DA pulled him to zone and we killed not hard at all =p

Folks, please be smart when you are doing your epic quests. Some of these camps are long and tedious with mobs that go down easily, but can take up to 6 or 8 hours of camping for the mob to spawn.
There is an excellent post in this thread with a simplified walk through of the quest. Step one is listed as optional, however I feel it is NOT optional unless you want to risk 6-8 hours of extra camping of Lord Bergugle. Just kill Lavawalker first to spawn the flame and kill it and loot the crown BERFORE you start camping Bergugle. That way when you turn in his crown and in the case that Natasha tries to KS you...it doesnt matter...you have the crown to turn into her from your previous kill.
Also.....please be sure you have plenty of inventory space when you do quests! If you don't, then you cant recieve your items and will have to start over, which is not a fun thing.

I dont know why someone would say the walk thru is confusing, I read it and everything is exactly perfect so far Ive only gotten to the seeker part but if not for the walk through I would be so lost and most likely would give up. Thankyou for taking the time to submit this info for us Walbort!

Someone said earlier that a cleric the other day turned in the singed scroll and scpetor of ixi and didn't have his note to Natasha on him, and he had to do the begining of his epic over again. I have a similar situation and was wondering how much he had to do over. Will earlier spawns of Natasha Whitewater accept and reward for items that are supposed to be given to her later in the quest?

you can wait for another cleric to spawn natasha and after they hand in the note you can hand in yours
