This collection comes from the 3 Skulk missions in The Dead Hills. About 2/3 of the way through each heroic adventure mission you get about 3 ground spawns (sometimes 4) to pick up. Mostly they are outdoors on pathways, rocks, and cave entrances.
Currently, missions 1 and 2 have some potential spawn locations that are unreachable. During those two missions, I've often had a ground spawn or two that I could not pick up because it was beyond the invisible zone boundary.

(You have to progress up to a certain point within the tasks in order for the ground spawns to appear; you'll see an emote indicating their spawn.)
