Requisitioner Sheon says 'We know fighting the intruders can help solve the initial problem -- perhaps let these fields feed Qeynos once again -- but there must be deeper [causes] at the root, and I will gladly offer my [assistance].' You say, 'What disturbances?' Requisitioner Sheon says 'Look around you. This was once a gentle plain, inhabited by farmers, animals, and the occasional bandit. Now, there's a war going on, and we're not entirely sure how to [stop] it.' You say, 'What are the causes?' Requisitioner Sheon says 'I know not what they are, but I am certain these few intruders you see here or elsewhere are not the masters of their own actions. If you can discover these truths you may take a step towards saving us all. I pray you can.' You say, 'How do we stop it?' Requisitioner Sheon says 'We know fighting the intruders can help solve the initial problem -- perhaps let these fields feed Qeynos once again -- but there must be deeper You say, 'How about that assistance?' Requisitioner Sheon says 'If you have worked towards defeating the major players in this upheaval, I can offer you [items] or [knowledge] that can help you in your fight.' You say, 'What items?' Requisitioner Sheon says 'Impress me with your deeds, and I will offer you items of power.' You say, 'What about that knowledge?' Requisitioner Sheon says 'If you have managed to capture a bit of the essence of Ethernere, I can give you knowledge of a new ability.' Bring her a "Captured Essence of Ethernere" (from any Call of the Forsaken raid), and in exchange, receive a Rank III spell or time. Rewarded Spells While we have the list of what is believed to be all rewarded spells, we are lacking some information as to the order of rewards.
