This is a kill task that begins with Dov C`Luzz (click for map) in Neriak Fourth Gate at about 100, -590, 1 (along the side of the water in the central part of the zone). You must be in Dark Elf form in order to speak him, otherwise he will brush you off.

You say, 'Hail, Dov C`Luzz'

Dov C`Luzz casts his line into the water before looking up. He scans you head to toe in silent contemplation before shaking his head. 'No, you won't do. Not even the bottom dwellers would want to nibble your flesh, though perhaps you could be of some [help]. You see, I've run out of bait, and I've yet to secure a meal for the evening. A bit of ghoul flesh should be enough to lure something tasty out of this pond.'

You say, 'I will help'

Dov C`Luzz nods as the deal is made. 'I'll be sure to pay you for your service, but don't imagine for a moment I'd share my meal with you.'

Dov C`Luzz is hungry and out of bait. He can't catch his dinner without something to lure the fish.
