These are all rare drops .. Best place is to find them in the battle chamber. To get there, take the eastern root entrance marked on brewall's maps and then take the north hallway to the battle chamber.

These are dropped from the corrupted Akhevan's in Luclin's chamber, top floor, large round room.
Not confined to the chamber, I believe that all corrupted Akhevans can drop these
