Tvan Gurrish may be found along the short path behind the chapel in the graveyard area at -750, -1540, +3.75. He tends to get attacked and killed by "a glyph covered corpse."
You say, 'Hail Tvan Gurrish' Tvan Gurrish says 'Bah, this is insane. We can't go through with this. Maybe you'd like to pick up some coin, eh? Are you interested? You say, 'I am interested.' Tvan Gurrish says 'We were supposed to go up to the graveyard and do a bit of digging, if you know what I mean. There's a fellow that we met up with in a tavern in Shadowhaven that hired us to do this.' You say, 'What fellow?' Tvan Gurrish says 'He was odd looking, but he seemed normal enough and he paid us half up front. He said that we'd get the rest when we brought the item back to him.' You say, 'What item?' Tvan Gurrish says 'We're not sure. He said we'd know when we saw it. He said to find a grave with black flowers on it and dig it up. Also, we said that we'd need to say a few words before digging. Just in case it was trapped. Here's the scary part. He wrote the words down for us.' You say, 'What words?' Tvan Gurrish says 'It looks like a bunch of gibberish to me. If you want them. I'll give them to you. The second that you take the scroll, this is your deal. We don't want no part of this mess. Do you want the Scroll?' You say, 'I want the scroll.' You receive an Ale Stained Note and Tvan despawns. The note reads: Speak these words once you get to the grave Dal Mar Resh Go to the graveyard and you'll find a grave to the left of Guard Lennon with an item on top of it which is a Dried Floral Bouquet. Once you're in front of the grave say the words "Dal Mar Resh". A tortured abomination will spawn and start attacking you. It drops an item called Sara's Porcelain Mask. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I checked today that Sara's Porcelain Mask doesn't have a QUEST tag, therefore this quest should be marked as Solved with the mask as the actual reward.

I came across this after noticing a corpse beating on a hapless NPC, so decided to check it out.
The note and mask and dialogue were supposed to be just enough details for players to roam around Shadowhaven taverns. Narrows it down to just a handful of NPCs... but none of them take the mask, or the note, nor do any of them respond to any dialogue concerning Sara, key phrase, etc.
In fact, the mask seems like the reward in itself. Back then those stats were pretty good. The abomination did not spawn no matter how many times I said the key phrase, until I saved Tvan and got the note from him first. His buddy Rett Jimmins was nearby and also despawned when I got the note.
