Maybe this zone got revamped since people actually hunted there but I found all the named spawns to be common. If they weren't already up, I didn't have to do any more three cycles of killing PHs before they would pop.
Indeed, getting some of them to not spawn was often the issue, since the nameds are mostly the only things that see invis so having them always up was an irritation to navigation, especially Bielaisk in the water tunnel.
One of the easier Hunter Achievements, most mobs were still light blue at 105 so xp was a bonus.

Why would we want anyone to copy and paste these map points into their computer. The last one is very odd. If that was used with periods instead of commas it would be an IP loopback address. I suspect this has someting to do with the coding in the mapping for Everquest but from the IP standpoint I would never use that because it would give someone access to hack your computer. I am not certain but I am thinking that this may give someone access to hack your computer through the came software.

The first three numbers are RGB coding (0-255 for Red, Green, Blue). The last number is for the font size (1-3 for Small, Medium, Large). The labels appear on maps in small, dark red text. "127, 0, 0" is one of the (dozen?) default settings for EQ maps. "1" is so that the labels aren't so big that they cover the map.

If you don't like the dark red text (or have concerns about a computer invasion), then copy them into Notepad, use CTRL+H ("find and replace"), replace them all with a different RGB combination, and copy the new list into whichever map file you want it in.
