i wish i new about this earlyer LOL iv had about 40-60 tongues while fighting in the swamp, coulda gotten some nice xp, oh well

hes only there during the day, and not just when day starts. Dovan is still there during the day, he takes a while to **** off-nedar spawns later during the day. dont stand near him, otherwise he wont spawn-kinda like camping stuff

As stated below Captain Nedar spawns to the left of Warlord Hikys. He is only there durning the day, Mystic Dovan is there at night, and there is a game of about an hour (Kunark time) between one leaving and the other spawning. The /loc is 2645,3030.

You can find the Captain to the left of the warlord on the second floor of the ruins next to the Hatchling hunting grounds. He spawns between 10am to about 8pm Kunark time. The items you get are either Dried Floglok Legs or Bloodwater, some coins and very good exp even for a 7th season Hatchling.

I have tried to do this quest but Captain Nedar failed to spawn, three times over. I was there at the mentioned times. I actually sat there for a full day just to see if he would spawn, the mystic disapeared like you said it would be the Captain is on a holiday I think :)
Too bad as it sounded like a nice quest and it took me a bit to get the four tongues..

This quest is great for low-levels, since no-one knows about it or they don't know where they can find the captain, most people just leave the tongues on the corpses, so there are corpses littering the swamp with tongues in them, its great, I got my first two levels from this quest alone!
