This is a kill task that begins with Lisk the Cruel in Chelsith Reborn (findable with CTRL+F). He is found just up the ramp from the zone-in, past the border defenders at -210, -830, 186.

Pre-Requisites:
- Level 85
- No task requirements

You say, 'Hail, Lisk the Cruel'

Lisk the Cruel says 'Salutations, outsider. Don't you just love the way the slaves [scream and plead] for mercy as your blade ends their pathetic lives? I can't get enough of it.'

You say, 'Scream and plead?'

Lisk the Cruel says 'Kill some bruised slaves and let me savor their screams. If their wailing isn't enough reward for you, I will make sure to find some other way to compensate you for your time.'

You have been assigned the task 'Cold Blooded'.

warning, if u just keep the slaves back and kill the trader first, they have a habit of going poof and saying they will fight for the rebellion even after I tossed a dot on 1 to try and reaquire agro. not sure if u have someone keep attacking them or if below a certain % they won't say the line about joining the rebellion.
