After just doing this myself, The Correct order i used to kill was...
Dark Spectre (North east corner room)
Darkbone Skeleton (South east corner room)
Darkcloth Mummy (North west Corner room)
Darklight Ghoul (West most room)
Darksoul Ghost (South most room)
Then Kill
Tasnise Underbelly (in the northern left side by the water)
then succor tot he entrance area and down a room to Rodrick Cleanheart to hail him and you get this achievement
**i killed trash mobs before and after and during named kills, they didn't seem to make a difference.
