Dude... this is soooo easy to get.
okay first of all you gotta have ONE escort up. any more and it's just taking up space. Then you just run around killing everything on the second Island with the fallen pillar at the end of it.(straight down the path from Calibus) I got at least 10 escaped frogloks plus some good loot off of an enforcer. did it with a 15 Necro and a 12 Shaman and PWNed it all day.

btw I got like 15 of the shackles in like 10 minutes(best way to go :D)

Jondin in West Cabilis asks if you would gather bone chips, but in reality he needs Bone Granite Powder. To make bone granite powder, combine in a forge, 1 bone chip + 1 bone chip + 1 pile of granite pebbles + 1 forging hammer. Quest took between 10 and 15 granite pebbles to finish, I gave up counting at one point since it was painful. :) It Identifies as 'Kromdul Toothpick' btw, part of why I did it was hoping it was used in some other quest.

Bone Granite Powder is also needed for a necro quest, you don't use the alchemy bag to create it, use a forge.

i have combined 3 unstacked bonechips along with 1 pile of granite pebbles in my alchemy bag and recieved a mesg ...

This quest has changed. I just spoke to the initiator last night. He now says a pile of granite pebbles and three bone chips using alchemy. If I can manage to get a second pile of granite pebbles, I'll try it out even though I won't have alchemy for another 12 levels with my shaman.
