Antus Shelbra will give the smelly bag out at dubious, however he won't accept Karran's Head until you are at least indifferent, he gives it back at apprehensive and dubious.

heya rendael, wassup bro? i been hunting kerrans on kerra isle with my bst alt(lvl 19) and had this npc spawn on me 4 times today, nuked my little bst for 80dd a pop. she does spawn in left hut but if she isnt up then someone needs to kill the PH till she spawns, the bad thing is, if your kos, she will aggro even if she is a green con

I have camped the first left hut for a whole day with my necro.

Not one spawn of this cat has shown up.

Correct hut or bad luck?

I'm starting to get pissed at this quest, I keep having to use gather shadows and then drag my corpse to the bottom of the lake so I can loot it. That stupid Marran is NOT spawning in anywhere I can find, and for some reason even though normally gather shadows lasts like a good 15-20 minutes for me, when I'm in there I'm lucky to have it last 2 minutes. I'm a level 10 necro, so far the only good thing about this quest is that my swimming skill has gone up 25 points already lol. At this rate by the time I complete it I'll be able to outswim iksar. I'm just doing it for the faction, and to prove I can do it >=). And as for this site saying it's level 5, just ignore them, they have some quests in there that say it's level 20, and then I read the comments and find you have to kill several level 60 guys or something like that. I just ignore it entirely and read what I have to do in the quest.

I think the name is a mistake..the kitty who gets the bag is called Kirran Mirrah..he is in the first hut to the left as you come out of the tunnel from zone. Give him the bag and he says "Ahhhhhhhh! I can't believe that you----Ahhhhhh! Die you,you,you evil evil heretic!" He was blue to me at lvl 16 and was really an easy fight(pet did all the work). After I killed Kirran there was a cat head in my inventory with the name of "Karran's Head". I hope this helps those who cant find the soon to be dead kitty.

He spawned for me in the first little shack on the left, just inside the entrance to the island. Didnt get faction or EXP for turning in the head. Was mad about that so extracted EXP from him with a friend. He's an enchanter, Im a Necro both 14 at the time. Took him out easily, but he does nuke for 80 (Which is a big deal when you're young) Brought the head back, got some faction, and about 2pp. Just to let y'all know. 50pp dont I wish...

I cant seem to find this Marran Mirrah. I died like 10 times trying to find him. Can anyone please tell me where I can find him?

for this quest a druids superior camoflauge and Spirit of Wolf would be your greatest ally. And i doubt that Verant would give us 50 plat for a quest. They are just way too cheap with that stuff. Good luck to every1 trying to do it and tell the rest of us how good it is when ya finish it!

It says that this quest's minimum level is 5. But the zone itself is for levels 15-35. I think this is an error. You need invis just to get past the guards at the front which you dont get till level 8 and if you do make it what level is Marran? If the zone is for levels 15-35 I doubt Marran is level 5.
