It seems the title sequence can vary (or they changed them).. but it does appear 32 spawns are necessary.
Supreme Golem Killer

This is a Rain of Fear Conquest achievement.
This special challenge can be completed during the mission 'The Battle for Rivervale' - Kill a powershard golem that has attained Supreme God Killer status. Reward: Player Flags | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

To achieve this achievement you must kill Powershard Golems
They spawn a little through the mission and when they spawn you need to kill them and wait for respawns. Each respawn has a different rank, you need to kill through all the ranks till you get to the
one with the rank of (Supreme God Killer). They seem to be on a 2.5 min respawn timer.
Ranks are as follows: (title appears in brackets under mobs name).
1. Powershard Golem (no title under name)
2. (Lowly)
3. (Common)
4. (Experienced)
5. (Skilled)
6. (Adept)
7. (Uncommon)
8. (Masterful)
9. (Lord)
10. (Kingly)
11. (Ruling)
12. (Conquering)
13. (Enslaving)
14. (Village Razer)
15. (City Razer)
16. (Kingdom Toppler)
17. (World Conqueror)
18. (World Devourer)
19. (Universal Scourge)
20. (Universal Plague)
21. (Universe Subjugator)
22. (Universe Destroyer)
23. (Dimensional Marauder)
24. (Dimensional Conqueror)
25. (Dimensional King)
26. (Dimensional Lord)
27. (Godly)
28. (God of Worlds)
29. (Universal God)
30. (Interdimesional God)
31. (God Killer)
32. (Supreme God Killer)
With each respawn he powers up a little but to achieve this it takes patience and plenty of coffee =)
