Allix just come of age and soon will enter training to become mighty Pasdar. Errr. Allix little nervous. Allix missing [one thing] to become mighty Pasdar.' You say, 'What is the one thing?' Allix says 'Well, Allix not have to have but is good. Is leaf. Ajrah leaf. Powerful magic in the leaf. Pasdar holds next to body, keeps body strong and mind clear. Not have to have but Pasdar without Ajrah leaf is poor Pasdar. Someday Allix travel to the mighty plains of East Karana and get one from trees.' Head to Eastern Karana and look for Twisted Ajrah Treant, a 20th level druid or so, at around -1395, +1125. Kill it (no faction hits) and loot an Ajrah Leaf. Bring this back to Allix. Allix says 'Ajrah! Raaarrrr! Ajrah Leaf! Allix destined to be mighty saiar now! Allix unsure how to thank you. Here, take this. Is my most treasured tunic.' You receive the Erudehide Tunic. I just got this leaf. I didnt even know what it was. I logged in here and read a few posts. Didnt realize this was so popular. but anyway it dropped from...
a twisted Ajrah treant in EK died easily to me a 27 Cleric. self healed 6 times and dotted me once. Cast Careless lighting but resisted everytime. Never hit me for than 18.
I was sitting on the bridge to NK and it just came walking by. Didnt want to kill it because of faction but had never seen one before and curiosity killed me, so I killed it. I DID NOT take a faction hit.
Hope this helps a few out. Must be a rare random spawn mob. I farm silks here and have never seen one and have never seen it on track before with my Ranger.

Just wanted to add that this leaf is Lore and No Drop so you wont find it on vendors.

How about 'a rare leaf' no idea where they drop but I see em on vendors for 17p sometimes, I bought one but havn't gotten around to trying it out

that the rare leaf might be an extremely rare forage or ground spawn? Killing treants isn't a very good idea since it lowers druid faction and you'll be mugged by the druid merchant who stands by every druid ring everytime you get a druid port.
If you were me and I were you, would we still be friends?
After 3 years I think someone would have foraged the leaf by now. There is only 1 post where someone states that they did the turn in, and that person didn't say wher he/she got it, so chances are they didn't.

HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR 2 YEARS. I've gone back and slain the stupid Kerran for pissing me off so much.

I have a theory that you can get this item by camping the druids/treants at the EK druid ring. Very hard for me to test this theory as I am a Woodelf, Tunarian Druid. Killing these mobs gives faction hits:
Jagged Pine Treefolk got worse
Protectors of Pine got worse
QRG Protected Animals got worse
Unkempt Druids got better
Guards of Qeynos got worse
So, for the ammount of killing it would take to get the named treant to spawn, and get the leaf off him (may take a few kills), I would lose a ton of important faction.
Perhaps a kindly necro or other evil person would help us out on this? I would really love to see what the reward is, although it probly stinks.

On a side note: I have found that I CAN clear the treants by using charm plants to charm them, and send them up against a mob that will kill them (I take no faction hits this way). However, as far as I can tell, the treant is on the same cycle as the male woodelf druid at the ring. So whenever you kill treant there is a chance that woodelf will spawn, and I cant charm that guy.
So were back to square one... need someone without faction conserns to camp this ring a while, see if leaf drops.

Still looking for the leaf, haven't found it. Tried shouting, auctioning, checking vendors. No one has seen or heard of it.

In today's patch message, it says among other things "Small trees will fall more frequently in one of the Karanas". Could this mean they've fixed this quest so the arjah leaf actually is forageable, or spawns when it should, or whatever? I'm nowhere near the Karanas right now, but I'd suggest someone check it out. If no one does by the time I'm in the area, I will.
I believe that was their way of saying they were upping the spawn rate of "Timbur the Tiny"... Tiny... timber... sound made when a tree falls. Just my interpretation.

They have a small campsite west of the Bridge. You especially have to be careful of the Scoutmaster double hits for 120 and the Cub Scouts all aggro on you then. You can find the Rabid Boy Scout in the Plague Cabin guard by a Plague Skunk.

183 in forrage skill, hunted in east karana a bunch of times and no sighting of that leaf, thou could be posible my skill is not enought to get one of these.

In reference to this Ajrah leaf quest.. WHy do you want that weak Litttle Allix to have a good luck charm? Get to lvl 16 or better and just kill Allix. He doesnt deserve to have his mystic leaf.. Kill him and rid the world of one more stupid catman. :)

One, the vendors sell items to players by their factions; If one sells Ajrah Leaf, then need good factions for them to get out for sale.
Two, Go read the Sir Morgan Quest. If player gives him 5 golds, he gives back an item and it's random. Nobody knows how many things exactly he gives out so Ajrah Leaf maybe one of them. Me, I am a poor monk, but I am going to try it if I can't find Ajrah Leaf from other NPCs.
