Most of these ,except the pinky toe, are common or uncommon drops. I cannot recall finding any as ground spawns (but then again I wasn't looking much for them). Out of about 150 kills (mostly trash mobs..we saw about 2-3 of each bone, but not one pinky toe..glad I got mine already :) Good luck!
