having just done this today on one of my bards.
these are groundspawns in the large chamber that has the central pillar with the purple dragons, the fearwings. They can spawn in the braziers high up on the walls. I found 5 there.

even up the ramps from there. Found a 4 stack in the wall halfway up the ramp
