I found it today at /loc: 443.69, 34.54, 27.27 which is on top of a tent at that location. Just happened to be using f9 to see better and saw it there.

A lot of these tend to be more often ground spawns from the center crater area in Shard's Landing, though my husband did get 1 drop outside the crater area.

Like the last poster, I have never seen one of these items.
I have no idea if they are dropped, foraged or ground spawn.
I've killed enough and foraged enough to probably assume they are niether of those. (though I could be wrong)
As for groundspawns.
Well I have found well over a dozen of the sets of pages/forks/legs and sets of sketches/prints for the other two collection sets to wonder if this set exist at all.
I have no idea if they are dropped, foraged or ground spawn.

I have been in shards for days running around collecting stacks of every collection piece and have not gotten a single one for this achievement, nor have i seen any in baz for sale and nor do i know of anyone that has even gotten one, anyone have any info???

Seen them for sale on Bristlebane in the bazaar so they do spawn. Not very common to see them for sale though, thinking some spawns are rarer then others. Don't make yourself crazy just keep killing along and save your money. Just buy one when you see one eventually.
Found this today in Shards. Random ground spawn. It was over by the snakes/worntooth. Just running by and got lucky.
