Barindu, Hanging Gardens works well for this one.

Wall of Slaughter- Stay on the north side of the wall, though most of the mobs will count for this achievement. Also fairly spread out though may be pulls of three or four at times. Estimate between 50 and 60 mobs per clear.
Draniks Scar- Good zone imo (fort, 'guard towers', area near Bloodfields zone line and walking south towards wall), with between 75 and 85 mobs per clear.
In doing this achievement, I am looking for a. areas where only the mobs needed make up a high percentage of what is needed, b. high concentration of mobs (5 or more mobs in a pull possible) and c. a. and b. are in as small and area as possible, and lastly d. fast repops. For the above reasons, I don't find Muramite Proving Grounds a good zone for me; huge zone, mobs are spread out, and rarely two to three mobs per pull, mostly singles.

Done lots of hunting in Discord areas but also killed kyvs, ukuns etc in Taelosia - not sure if these count towards this achievement. However, gained this achievement on my level 73 chanter in Wall of Slaughter so the level 100 information would appear to be erroneous
