The Grimling War is the absolute best place/time/event to do this achievement, as well as Achievement: Foreign Affair.

Talk to the Veteran, follow them to the camp. When you receive the instructions to kill soldiers before clerics (Camp 4), do the exact opposite: Kill only a grimling soulsoother, and it will respawn instantly. Target, kill, target, kill, repeat for as long as you can stand.
