This is a Special Slayer achievement.
Sure, you've killed kirins, pummeled the odd pegasus or two, and undone unicorns, but how many times have you seen Quillmane? - Kirins, Nightmares, Pegasus, and Unicorns. In Arcstone you can get this done easily while also getting tons of mobs for Plants Concrete and Stone, some mobs for The Zookeeper. There are also mushrooms that can be smacked for Table Flipper and even undead if you want to go get them. All in like a circle around the place.

Dragon Scale Hills has a herd of nightmares and while you are waiting for them to spawn there are spider eggs to kill (Table Flipper), as well as plants. If you can kill all the plants, spiders, eggs and horses and still have time on your hands (doubt it) then there is pixie or brownie camp near by (Shorter People).

DSH is a good spot for nightmares but the egg sacks don't help Table Flipper but they do spawn spiders for those achievements.
Horse models are few and far between in zones where you find them.
Best place by far is Arcstone however. There is a small herd near the zone in and several that roam the lower ring around the center, as well as a few in the upper platform. Just kill in a circle around the zone and by the time you complete the circle, the respawns will likely have already happened.

They may have in the past, but as of March 2023 they do not update Slayer of Mystical Horses.
Sorry about that. My slayer windows were not showing updates, but kills were counting.

I got most of mine doing the "Creator" task for faction in DoN. For the last bit, I pulled the kirin near the zone area of Arcstone. There's about 20 there, and I pulled the Riftseeker types nearby also for another achievement.
