This is a Special Slayer achievement.

Nadox has many boars (bloodtusks), luggalds and trolls for slayer achievements.
Glykus Helmir in PoTactics

If they haven't added to the fight yet, Enchanted War Bars will come to his aid after the next power up.

Did the warboar and the scowling rallosian sentinels for the achievement Bounced (ogres).

from what I can tell, every 26:05 there's a 50% chance the stampede spawns. doesn't matter what you're doing or where you are in the zone; you can just stand there doing nothing -- i never sat on the spawn however.
if it misses a spawn, it will be 26:05 till the next chance. like clockwork. don't know if it continues while the zone is empty.
takes about 30sec for the pigs to spawn after the emote, they spawn right at the entrance to the stables.

If you do the Rujarkian LDoNs (assigned in Commonlands, entrance near SRo camp), you can get about 6-8 per run. It's not unreasonable to finish a run and get another in about 10-15 minutes. If you do the MobCount type mission, you'll be killing 40-50 other mobs, which will fill out your orcs, goblins, bears achievements.

I only saw a few boars in the Plane of Tactics arena, so I quickly left. After trying everywhere else I came back, and re-read GOMN's post. To elaborate: there is a stampede of pigs that can randomly spawn in the arena. They seem to path/gather infront of the NW doorway. Just stand down there and kill everything until the stampede comes. I got it twice in an hour or so. I'm guessing that if you leave the arena the stampede will not spawn, so I had my box kill the boars in the tunnel SW of the pit. There are about 10 boars there (longer respawn than arena). This is definitely the best place to do this. My only other suggestion would be PoWar boars if you have a group that can handle killing The Judicator, but that's pretty slow as are Grelleth/The Resplendant Temple/Toskirakk.
If you stand by the NW doorway of the arena, you may be able to AFK kill the boars. I have not tested it, and am not sure if they have knockback.

There are roughly eight boars that spawn in the stables area plus another four or so that spawn out in the arena (along with all the other trash out there).
I'm not sure what triggers the stampede, but the ones I've seen have had around 30 boars in them. They seem to travel in waves of about eight or so. The stampede seems to have a chance to spawn every 25m48s. All the spawns that I got came at some increment of that. Look for the trigger phrase, "You hear the pounding of hooves." That'll let you know they're up. They spawn at the doorway to the stables and proceed into the arena.
I don't know if these end up being faster than killing in Rujark. If you get the stampede frequently enough, it probably works out to be a little better (boar-wise). I was down there killing Diaku to add to my ogre kill count. The downside to Rujark is that you're limited to a single group, whereas Dunder allows the whole raid (that's present) to get credit. The upside to Rujark is that you get credits for orcs, goblins, bears, and wolves.
