If you kill everything in the SW area - on the ground and all the mushroom huts up to the queen there are about 70 total spawns. By the time you kill everything, if you are fast, it will be respawning. Quick, easy run with good tradable loots off of the named that make you some plat in the bazaar.

Dragon scale hills is good. Kill the darkvines in the southwest corner of zone where you see tanger and queen venenery on the map

Steamfont has a few that respond quickly, Lesser faydark also
Dragonscale Hills is the best place for this.
