About 8 of them spawn in the SouthEast corner of Chardok Empires of Kunark. Roughly 15 spawn timer.

Kaesora hatchery has a lot of possible spawn points. The sokokar seem to share spawn points with the 'Imperial Construct' roaming mobs and the respawn timer is reasonable.

edit: there are two shared spawn points in the back room, can be either the golem or a sokokar broodling. There are 10 other spawns of the golem model that at least some can be 'a sokokar' but they are more uncommon than the 2 spawns in the back room.
The is a building with about 5 Sokokars inside, in Field of Scale. Otherwsie, they are rare to find. Just kill the room every respawn.

The mob is 'a sokokar hatchling'. The building in Field of Scale is in the NE 'corner' of the fortress, labeled Kaesora Hatchery (Brewells). You can occasionally target the sokokar whom fly in Field of Bone, though they are too high to pull with spells or arrows.
