No doubt about it, 30 ants and a fast respawn, make this a fast achievement to get
Not sure why the previous posters recommend Arthicrex.
Better bet is Pellucid Grotto.
There's an alcove at North East, between the connections to Underquarry and Fungal Forest.
About 30 cliknar spawns, light blue to 100. No casters, no wanderers.
Three and a bit laps of the alcove will net 100 kills. Simples...
All of these zones are white elephants now, no one goes there, so you'll probably clock up a few traveller achievements too, like I did.

Cliknar scouts that morph from other creatures throughout Norrath DO NOT count toward this achievement.
Arthicrex is the best place, imo.
Despite the wording, it appeared that ANY Cliknar model (two leg or actual ant) worked... not just soldeirs, workers or queens.
