Lion Meat Shipment  

This is real easy if you have a gate. Still a lot of running for little loot and faction.

Teria O' Danos: Good day to ye! Ye look a wee bit hungry. I sell many fine foods. Please have a look. Might I suggesty the (lion roast)?

You Say: What is lion roast?

Teria O' Danos says: The lion roast is quite good. Tis me specialty. Ah the marinated lion meat in mammoth fat fer two days before roasting it. Lion meat isn't common around here. I purchase what I can from strangers but I rely mostly on shipment form the Plains O' Karana. I am presently looking for someone to (pick up me lion meat shipment).

You say: I will pick up ye liom meat shipment.

Teria O' Danos Says: It would be grand o' ye pick up ye lion meat shipment. Ye must travel to the Plains O' Karana. Search fer a Northmans fishing village. It should be clan McMannus. Speek to the chiefton, Einhorst. Tell him ye'r there to (pick up the lion meat shipment for Halas). When ye return, I will pay ye three gold. I look forward to ye return.

Einhorse McMannus says: That would be splinded Go to Misla and tell her you will deliver lion meat to Halas. She will instruct you.

You Say: (to Misla McMannus) I will deliver lion meat to Halas.
Misla McMannus says: Very well then, here you go. Be sure to deliver this to Teria O' Danos. She will be on of the first people you meet in Halas.

been done a lot of times for langseax of wolves quest give iceburg the meat get the shirt hmm swety one figures it would have the persions sent of who it belongs to, no brainer there is a frindly dog near by named snowflake if ya hand it to him hill take off in search of the guy i sujest you be sowed and pan out a bit to get a good veiw so ya dont loos him hill take you to 2 barbarians ya need to kill loot heads and return to questgiver for a sucky wepon but i guess if ya a noob its ok!

What? No faction involved in this quest? You gotta be kidding me.
I will run the quest and report back faction changes (if any). If there are no changes...bummer. Guess at least its good to get the Lanseax quest started.

Okay I checked it out and heres the deal:

Increase faction with:
Merchants of Halas
Wolves of the North
Steel Warriors
Decrease faction with:
None.

By the time I got to back to Halas the lion meat was gone from my inventory. My guess is that it's edible, so put it below your regular food supply in your inventory or you'll eat it without realizing it.

This quest is really annoying now! The NPC for the quest is either gone or swimming around now. For about 5 seconds she stands at the correct spot before running into the water. No idea if you can give it to her while she is swimming. In my last post I meant No Rent, which means disappears when you log. Low levels probably won't be able to complete the quest without dying a few times trying to get through Blackburrow and Qeynos Hills.

Einhorst now gives the deliver directly when asked about it. I didn't use Terio 'O Danos exact wording saying "th'", but spelling "the" does. He did not tell me to see the female barbrarian at the nearby hut.
