The stands surrounding the arena had lots of Barbs. Best place I've seen in S. Seru.

Agreed.

I tried the upper loop as other's suggested but the arena is better / faster.

There are groups of people in the stands.

If you're high enough level and have a non-target AE like the mage's "Beam of Molten Kromatiite" you can (rather humorously) wipe out whole sections of the stands per cast. It's pretty funny watching them all drop at once, lol.

The Plane of Time has 12 Barbarians in it. They are called a nomadic barbarian and a suspended commoner.

In Sactus Seru, run about the upper ring of the outer wall and kill the guests in the upper arena.... you will eventually kill a numbner of races to inlcude Half Elf, High Elf, Barbarian, Dwarf, Gnome, Halfling, Human....
