This is a kill task that begins with "a cowardly scout" (map) in the Valley of King Xorbb. He's located at -1645, -900, 115 (near the zone-in).

You say, 'Hail, a cowardly scout'

a cowardly scout says 'They're everywhere! Everywhere!!! Please help me! I was up for retirement in a few months, instead, I was sent to war! TO WAR!!! I know nothing of war! All I wanted was all the glory and fortune of a military career, not this! I beg of you, if I can prove I did my part, maybe I can [convince] my superiors to send me home. I'm so scared!!!'

You say, 'How can you convince them?'

a cowardly scout says 'Look around you!!! Minotaurs, Elementals, Muddites and Whirlwinds and Cyclones oh my! They're all around us! Slay them and bring proof so I can show my superiors I did my fair share.'

Second part of task is:
"Give the cowardly scout the horns so he can prove he killed the Minotaurs"

Horns are auto inventoried upon kill - those have to be turned in to the cowardly scout for update.
