This is a kill task that begins with a Halfling named Aislinn (map) in the Chapterhouse of the Fallen. She is found at the zone-in from the Commonlands (southeastern-most room on the main floor).

Aislinn says 'I see another one of you sniveling adventurers has found your way into The Chapterhouse. I suppose you assume I have some bit of [information] for you?'

Aislinn says 'You'll have to [indulge] me if you want me to point you in the right direction.'

Aislinn demands that the wisps that often plague her slumber be taken care of.
