/ach (for achiievements lists the mission giver for this mission incorrectly as Aranu - In eviltree
The actual mission giver is Yioan in Beasts Domain - so yes the Zone is incorrectly labled evil when it should be Beasts domain in a few places but the kill mobs are in evil as stated

This task is the fourth in a series of four. It is a solo task that begins with Yioan in Beasts' Domain. This is an Alaran found at -620, 2755, 10 (due south of Kalda and Mea Treg who are in the zone's northwestern corner). Pre-Requisites: - Level 85 - Completed "Fun with Fungus" - Completed "What a Mess" - Completed "Forbidden Fruit" You say, 'Hail, Yioan' Yioan says, in Alaran, 'Thank you for coming. I did indeed wish to speak with you. I don't condone how you killed my people in Evantil, however, I do understand that they are hopeless and need to be put out of their misery. You should at least know how they came to be known as the [wretched]. We owe them that at least.' You say, 'What about the wretched?' Yioan says, in Alaran, 'When the fear shard struck the area now known as Evantil, the Vile Oak, several members of our tribe ventured out to see what had happened. They never returned. They saw the forbidden fear fruit growing atop Evantil and tasted its nectar. From then on they were hopelessly addicted to its [debilitating effects].' You say, 'What debilitating effects?' Yioan says, in Alaran, 'The fear fruit contains the essence of pure fear and those that consume it are unable to resist what it does to their bodies and minds. The grasp of fear overtakes and consumes them, making them want more and more of the fruit, until they are left a paranoid, fearful shell of their once former selves. It can also mutate the body, making it change into a form more appropriate for the Plane of Fear, than for our plane. Although one of our clan members has made strides in providing temporary relief from the fruit, more has to be done. We need a [cure]. They say it's impossible, but nothing is impossible.' You say, 'What about a cure?' Yioan says, in Alaran, 'I would like to analyze the brains of the wretched. Perhaps I can see what chemicals are at play. Unfortunately this means more of the wretched will need to be killed. This is a grisly task, but I fear it is necessary. Will you [help] me?' You say, 'I will help' Yioan says, in Alaran, 'I am in your debt. Collect some brains from the wretched, and put them in this brain fluid extractor. Once you have enough brain fluid, return it to me. Try not to lose your brain fluid extractor, but if you do, I will [give] you another one.' You have been assigned the task 'Searching for a Cure'. Yioan wants you to collect some brains of the wretched Alarans that dwell within Evantil, the Vile Oak for experimentation to see if a cure can be made to counteract the effects of the fear fruit. Upon requesting the task, you receive a "Brain Fluid Extractor". Kill wretched alarans in Evantil and collect their brains 0/12 (Evantil, the Vile Oak) Use the Brain Fluid Extractor to obtain Vials of Brain Fluid 0/12 (Evantil, the Vile Oak) Kill wretched alarans (found throughout the tree) and place their brains inside the Extractor to produce vials of brain fluid. Note: Brains are NOT pre-lootable. They drop maybe once out of every 3-4 kills. Give the Vials of Brain Fluid to Yioan 0/12 (Beasts' Domain) Speak with Yioan 0/1 (Beasts' Domain) You say, 'Hail, Yioan' Yioan says, in Alaran, 'Thank you. These samples should hopefully help further the study of a cure for the effects of the fear fruit.' at the top it says beast domain, step 3 and 4 says he is in evantil??

can use brains looted previously in the extractor for credit, but you still need credit for loots, so pre-loot not worth doing.

the keyword to get this quest is (help) brain's are not prelootable and they seem to drop every 3rd to 4th kill hope this helps also you don't have to kill the mob just have to loot it after having this quest
