Just completed this mission with my box set. The Quest Journal stopped updating at the Defeat Droolbrood the Necrotic stage but I didn't notice and went on and killed Drazankyr (who auto agro'd on Droolbrood's death) and Dartmor (who only spawned after Drazankyr died). I've sent in a petition but will have another go at it in the next few days and see if there was anything obvious I did wrong.

This is a group mission that begins with Glimkar (map) in the Breeding Grounds, found at location 655, 430, -34 (southeast part of the zone's western-most cavern). Pre-Requisites: - Level 85 - Completed "A Chilling Rescue" - Completed "Treading Lightly" - Completed "Eggs As Bait" You say, 'Hail, Glimkar' Glimkar says 'Eyska Va'Ker has spoken of you. It is her wish that you destroy the ones responsible for eating our young. We will strike their lair without hesitation or remorse and cleanse their taint from this place. Are you [prepared] to take up arms against them?' You say, 'We are prepared' Glimkar says 'We shall [depart] at once then! When we arrive, we will meet up with my brother, Gorianar.' You have been assigned the task 'The Rise of the Ancients'. A group of terrorwings and fearwings are using the power of the fear crystals to summon long dead dragons to take over the Breeding Grounds and must be stopped! You say, 'Depart' Glimkar says 'See you on the battlefield.' LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered The Breeding Grounds. Speak with Gorianar 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) You say, 'Hail, Gorianar' Gorianar says 'Brother! I have troubling news. The fearwings and terrorwings are raising the bones of long dead dragons to fight for them. They plan on conquering all the other flights! They must be stopped. Recruits; you must find their necromancers, and defeat the dracoliches they have raised. I would also like a sample of bone dust from any of the dracoliches you take down. If you feel you are not brave enough however, I can arrange for you to [depart] this place.' Kill some dracoliches 0/10 (The Breeding Grounds) Loot Bone Dust from dracoliches 0/10 (The Breeding Grounds) Defeat Falzikor 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Falzikor is in the room next to the zone-in. Falzikor casts a rear AE ("Mighty Tail Swipe"). Mighty Tail Swipe: Directional 200', Magic (-960) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 19000 Defeat Nalarindor 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Nalarindor is found in the fear area (treasure room in the north part of the zone). He casts a single-target random fear ("Visions of Terror"; 1 tick). Visions of Terror: Single Target, (-960) 1: Fear up to level 200 Defeat Dregankor 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Dregankor is found deep in the basement (close to Edoth the Ancient's spawn point in the normal static zone). He casts a single-target random DOT called "Poisonous Breath" (33,000 hp/tick; 3,000 end/tick for 3 ticks). 10 seconds after this spell lands on a player, it goes viral on anyone within 40' range of that player. Poisonous Breath: Single Target, Disease (-960) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 33000 per tick 2: Decrease Endurance by 3000 per tick 3: Increase Poison Counter by 80 Defeat Halzifryn 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Halzifryn is also found in the basement, in the room south of Dregankor's room (you'll be encountering Halzirfryn before Dregankor). During the fight, he buffs himself with "Shield of Bones" (60,000/tick regen, which gets dispelled after 20 melee attacks or spells are absorbed). Shield of Bones: Self 0', Magic (-960) 1: Block Melee or Spells (20) 2: Increase Hitpoints by 60000 per tick Give the Bone Dust to Gorianar 0/10 (The Breeding Grounds) Speak with Gorianar 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) You say, 'Hail, Gorianar' Gorianar says 'This bone dust is tainted with the power of fear. Take the bone dust and keep it safe. My scouts have informed me that the leader of the necromantic dragons has appeared. He must be destroyed. Seek out Drazankyr and show him no mercy.' Speak with Drazankyr 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Drazankyr can be found in the northeastern magma cavern (head east from the zone-in through the Chetari tunnels, then north from there). You say, 'Hail, Drazankyr' Drazankyr says ''Welcome. I've been expecting you." An astonishingly fast blur whizzes past you as the ancient dragon speaks. A crafty chetari appears next to Drazankyr. You notice that the chetari has stolen the bone dust from you. "Ah, Dartmor. You are just in time." The chetari hands the bone dust to the dragon. "Nice work as always, Dartmor. Now it is time to show these pitiful fools my true power." Drazankyr throws the bone dust up into the air. It swirls and grows in a raging tornado. The grounds beneath you begins to quake as a massive undead dragon claws itself from the ground. "Say hello to Droolbrood!'' This triggers the spawn of "Droolbrood the Necrotic" next to Drazankyr. Droolbrood the Necrotic roars and charges! Defeat Droolbrood the Necrotic 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Droolbrood the Necrotic casts a random single-target charm called "Enslave the Living". Enslave the Living: Single Target, Magic (-960) 1: Charm up to level 200 Droolbrood the Necrotic has been slain by _____! Droolbrood the Necrotic's corpse crumbles to the ground. Drazankyr shouts, 'Such a shame. I guess I will have to end your pathetic lives myself!' Drazankyr attacks after Droolbrood is killed. Drazankyr lets forth a blast of fire and charges! Defeat Drazankyr 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Drazankyr casts a random single-target melee/spell silence called "Baleful Roar". Baleful Roar: Single Target, Magic (-960) 1: Amnesia (Silence vs Melee Effect) 2: Silence Drazankyr has been slain by _____! Drazankyr's corpse falls to the ground smoldering. Dartmor shouts, 'You may have killed my master, but you won't kill me! Come and find me if you think you are so brave!' Defeat Dartmor 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) Dartmor spawns in the southernmost room of the Chetari tunnels. Dartmor has been slain by _____! Dartmor's corpse falls to the ground. Speak with Gorianar 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds) You say, 'Hail, Gorianar' Gorianar says 'You have done well this day. The Breeding Grounds are safe once again and you have the thanks of me and my kin. Please take what you wish from the nearby chest. When you are ready to [leave], just let me know.' Re-did it today and everything worked fine. Not sure what went wrong yesterday but Droolbrood charms so perhaps it was just a fluke timing issue. Dropped Quake Fist and a Greater Dreadmote.
