This task begins with an Iksar named Bygral Tamescale in Shard's Landing (in the northeastern part of the crater). You say, 'Hail, Bygral Tamescale' Bygral Tamescale says 'Greetings to you, _____. As you can see we are stationed here as the portal tenders for the gate that leads to Evantil the Vile Oak. Should you require fast travel to the ancient tree you will need to [attune] your body to the area.' You say, 'Attune?' Bygral Tamescale says 'Simply take the attuning crystal with you as you travel to the ancient tree in Beasts' Domain and activate it once you have arrived. Return here and the attuning process should be complete.' You have been assigned the task 'Evantil, the Vile Oak Portal Activation'. Activate the Dire Tuning Crystal while at your destination. Activate the Dire Tuning Crystal 0/1 (Evantil, the Vile Oak) Enter Evantil from its actual access point. Head to the very southern part of Beasts' Domain to -6100, 3345, 40, where you'll find the roots of a giant tree. Head up the roots to zone in: For your "beastsdomain.txt" map: P -3345.0874, 6106.0879, 40.8294, 0, 0, 240, 2, Evantil,_the_Vile_Oak There, click on the crystal to zone in and right-click the Dire Tuning Crystal. Then return to Shard's Landing to complete the task. I keep getting a select window for finishing the quest that shows a necklace. Does anyone else seem to be having any trouble selecting that option?

once at sarith run down across , ( warining dogs see invis). to a large branch going up. this is the ramp. run up and zone in
Some trash in BD can see thru invis. Best way to do portal activation task is to zone in, get evacd, that drops you at the Sarith zone-out, not far from the access spot to Evantil. The "roots" don't see invis, that I noticed but there is some trash nearby, but not too close, who.

In case anyone's trying to use the coordinates above as a /loc...the E/W and N/S are inverted
