I did it with a 115 ranger and a silver 110 shm. You do NOT need to charm the defenders etc.
Once fight starts Shaman pet tanks Triune god and it is his only mission in this event.
Ranger agroes all defenders with summers and wait until both relics reach 60% of their hp, then the shards spawns.
Once both shards are up (never before) you can dps relics with summers spell to dont let them spawn avatars (at 80% of their life Avatars spawn), keep relics around 40% hp.
Once relics are at 40% or so, you can dps shards with bow + the 3 arrow spells (market shot, focused blizzard of arrows and composite fusillade) the shards will die with one set of arrow spells before they regen to 100% (shard regen to 100% every 6 seconds, use bow disc if your ranger is not enough powerful but I didnt need it).
Do the same with next shard. If you need it, cast summers to relics to keep them under 60% hp, it is important do not let them reach 80% or avatars will join to the party.
When both shards are dead, relics wont regen anymore and next set of relics will become active after a few seconds.
Repeat it with all rounds of relics (4 in total) and it is done.
You'll get the achievement at the end of event when chest spawn.

This one took us four tries to finally get it down. You must keep the relics from regening to full health. There are 8 relics, only 2 are active at each time. We put a melee on each of the active relics. The way the script works, Defenders of XXX (IE defender of tides) spawn at various % of the relics, 30/50/70 I believe. The Shard of XXX (IE Shard of Oseka) will spawn at 60%, and the Avatar of XXX (IE avatar of Oseka) will spawn at 80%. We would let each relic hit 60% off the bat and spawn their shards. Then we would DPS one relic back to 20% and keep it there until we defeated the opposing shard. You must dps each of the 3 defenders of XXX to 50%, then have 3 players use their charm clickie to charm the defender. When all 3 are charmed, and on the opposing deities shard, you must DPS the avatar to 50%, at which time he becomes charmed to the person who was tanking him. Then you put that avatar on the opposing deities shard to allow you to dps and kill it. When the shard dies, the avatar that is charmed dies and you are able to focus on the other relic / shard / defenders / avatar. There are 4 waves like this, each with their opposing deities (lunanyn / oseka, Illadeara / Ryuken, Sholoth / ladrys. and Alra / kolos). Once you defeat the shards, you must continue to keep the relics under 100% life until the next wave spawns. Also, if you accidently kill the relic, it will become unattackable and continue to regen until it hits 100% health, so you must not kill any of the relics. Tough achievement to get.
