All dragons give the same quests. Every five levels you may obtain the task to receive the next level of innate breath, up to level 75. Collect 1 Head of Serravok in Sunderock Springs. 0/1 (Sunderock Springs) You must fight and kill Serravok of the Plague Wind. Deliver 1 Head of Serravok to Osh`vir the Windspirit 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Dialogue? You receive the ability to cast Breath of Osh'vir (level 13). Need all other tasks in this quest line, all dialogues and emotes, /loc of quest mobs, task stages and descriptions, faction hits if any, list of rewards.
