Head to Drazak O`lyn's location in the Sunderock Springs (behind a wagon at -3180, 872 -- in the far southern boundary of the zone, west of the entrance from Goru`kar Mesa).

In that wagon is a barrel labeled "caravan supplies" at -3185, 862.

Target the barrel, use /OPEN to make it into a corpse, and then loot it.

Deliver this note to Captain Zheren at the Brotherhood of Scale Camp

The note is addressed to a Captain Zheren 0/1 (Sunderock Springs)

Captain Zheren is at location -1215, 620, 390 (in a camp in the southwestern part of the zone's middle section).

Upon turn-in:

Your appearance catches Captain Zheren a bit off guard but he quickly turns his attention to the note you brought him. Running his eyes over it, his face grows ashen as he comprehends the grave situation. He informs you that his camp recently traveled from Crescent Reach and that they were expecting a caravan of much needed supplies to reach them but the forces of Dyn`leth must have intercepted them if the account written in the hastily scrawled note is true. If the camp is to survive, it must get a fresh batch of supplies...and soon!
