This task unlocks after completing the previous task in the series and gaining level 65. All dragons give the same quests. Every five levels you may obtain the task to receive the next level of innate breath, up to level 75. You say, 'Hail, Keikolin the Enlightened' Keikolin the Enlightened says 'Vasha, my child of enlightenment. You are born into The Chalice -- the name given all creatures of the golden dragon who are compelled to seek the knowledge of the ages. Not only must you seek to educate yourself, but also use your reason to apply your knowledge. Very rarely do we find a beast that wields a powerful sickness as a weapon. We have found one living in Sunderock Springs that calls itself Serravok the Plague Wind. What is troubling is that Serravok is the kin of wyrms. As much as your heart may want you to reason with Serravok, do not. It has turned to evil and is lost to us. You must kill it, though. We cannot allow it to live.' You have been assigned the task 'Strengthening the Blood'. Collect 1 Head of Serravok 0/1 (Sunderock Springs) Serravok of the Plague Wind wanders around his plateau but may be found at 1902.99, 733.78, 526.48. Deliver 1 Head of Serravok to Keikolin the Enlightened 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Your task 'Strengthening the Blood' has been updated. The magic within your blood has strengthened, and you have gained a new ability. You can find this new ability in the Special section of the Alternate Advancement Window.
