This is the 3rd attempt for me. first time the eggs bugged. I had to restart. 2nd time around the eggs worked all quest linesworked till we got to step 11: return the Blood-Filled Vial to Xorik. Checked my inventory no vial. The only vial i had was empty vial....the step 10: fill the empty vial with pegasus and dragon blood updated with the emote you fill the vial with a small sample of blood or something like that. (had the robe on the whole time from step nine to step 11)....submitted bug report to soe.
Today I had my favorite sk and the most awesome druid/enchanter with me and everything was updating as it should till you guessed it Step 11. This time i had the breeder robes on only on step 9. took it off when we started step 10. Step fill the empty vial with pegasus and dragon blood updates.. completes and then at step 11: return the blood filled vial to xorik cant complete cause the empty vial never changes to Blood filled or the quest never gives you one. So did i do something wrong? Or is just bugged? I along with druid,enchanter submitted a petition to this.

This is a shared task (1-6 players) that begins with Destrea Kinmare in the Plane of Knowledge (located outside the main bank at 480, 475, -125).
Note: The task (and mobs in the instanced zone) scale according to your group's level. You say, 'Hail, Destrea Kinmare' Destrea Kinmare says 'Hello, may Marr bless your day. May you remain healthy and happy, for this is not granted to [all].' You say, 'All?' Destrea Kinmare says 'I understand that people are more important than animals. We have to protect our own people before we can look after others. But you, me... all the others here, we have plenty. We should learn to be more generous to those that have less. But I'm not going to bother you with my thoughts on that. What we really need to consider is finding ways to prevent people from [actively harming] those that can't protect themselves.' You say, 'Actively harming them?' Destrea Kinmare says 'Well, I have heard that some Iksar have been capturing and torturing beautiful pegasi for some sort of awful experimentation. I don't know if this is some splinter group or if this is sanctioned or even encouraged by their leaders, but that doesn't matter. Allowing such crimes is no better than committing them. Perhaps you could [investigate] this for me?' You say, 'I'll investigate' Destrea Kinmare says 'Will you? Really? You are one of the rare few that cares what happens in the world and is willing to do something about the evil that lives out there. You have been assigned the task 'Hatching a Plan'. Destrea Kinmare has sent you into the heart of The Hatchery to discover what sort of creatures the Iksar are breeding. Upon completing this mission, the Dragonscale Skystrider mount will offer bonus health and mana when ridden. Find where the eggs are being incubated 0/1 (Hatchery Wing) Task Window Says: Destrea is certain that many eggs are being incubated within The Hatchery, but their exact location is unknown. This is a location update in the northernmost room on your map (north from the zone-in). NOTE: Don't go near the room until you're ready for a fight. Upon stepping into the room: Your task 'Hatching a Plan' has been updated. an iksar guard says 'You shall go no further, invader!' an iksar guard says 'You shall go no further, invader!' an iksar guard says 'You shall go no further, invader!' 3x "an iksar guard" auto-aggro on you. They hit for a max ~10,000. Defeat the guards that your invasion has awoken 0/3 (Hatchery Wing) Task Window Says: Guards have detected your presence! Defeat them before they have a chance to call for help. Speak with Breeder Kaldur 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Clear the room before you hail him. Destroy the eggs around the room before they hatch 0/8 (Kaesora Hatchery) You have about 30 seconds to break all the eggs. For the ones you don't get to in time, "a hatchling" spawns (snareable; doesn’t see through invis). Speak with Breeder Kaldur once again 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Hail him again and be ready for a fight. Defeat Gulvak 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Gulvak spawns in place of Breeder Kaldur. He is NOT snareable and casts a knockback AE. Take the Breeder Robes from the corpse of Gulvak 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Locate Xorik within the Hatchery 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Xorik is found in the center room of the zone. Speak with Xorik while wearing the Breeder Robes 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) You receive an empty vial. Fill the Empty Vial with pegasus and dragon blood 0/8 (Kaesora Hatchery) Find the rooms with “a skittish filly” and “a young dragon”, and kill them all (total of four each). Return the Blood-Filled Vial to Xorik 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Speak to Xorik once again while wearing the Breeder Robes 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Follow Xorik to the crystal egg 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Defeat Xorik before the crystal egg hatches 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) Command your new companion to fly to the Plane of Knowledge 0/1 (Kaesora Hatchery) /say "fly to the plane of knowledge" to the dragon.
